I like Charleys, but my kids love the chicken california from this Charleys a lot. Also the taste testers didn’t have to keep goving them one after the other, but they were super kind and I appreciate that. We bought two sanwiches just because of the customer service. The other was a buffalo chicken and it was delicious as well.

I asked a woman who seemed to be the manager named Xiao, if I could use my Charleys buy 7, get the 8th free coupon and she shooed me away. ALSO, the cashier had forgotten to give me my drink after I ordered so when my food was done, I asked for the drink and she told him not to give it to me as if I had already got my drink when I was standing there with just the bag of food in my hand. She then proceeded to tell him to ring me up for a drink while we both were trying to explain to her that I had never got it. I don’t appreciate being treated like this as a paying customer.

Located in the food court of Greenbrier mall Charley’s was overall good but not great. The food was prepared fresh after our order and the staff was polite. I ordered a basic cheese steak with meat and cheese only. It was a good size serving and tasted good but it wasn’t great. I like my Philly’s well seasoned and this one was just average. I did like that you could add fries though, because I’m tired of all sub shops only serving chips. They also give you the punch card where you get your 8th sandwich free so I wouldn’t mind returning.

I paid a little over $18 for the California chicken combo & it was worth every single penny!!! They was sampling it when I went to pick up a grub hub so I decided to go back & get it & it was absolutely delicious! I’ve never had a sub with pickles on it but the pickles just add to the amazingness of the taste of the sub! 10/10 I definitely recommend!

Food was delicious…I ordered my food on the kiosk and I selected fries and drink with my order..kiosk didn’t print out my order so I took a picture of my order number..I grab my order and no drink no fries and all the cooks have to say is that it wasnt put in didn’t show a copy of my receipt or anything bad customer service

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. FAST AND DELICIOUS. I work in the mall and I am a regular . One day I forgot to ask for ketchup but literally right before I went to ask them for ketchup the employee was standing there with packets of ketchup in his hand waiting for me to get them. They are very kind people and I love getting my food from them!! 10/10 would recommend!!!

The staff is fantastic and work so quickly to get everything done. I never have to wait that long even if the line is really long. I frequent this location 2-3 times a week because it’s one of the only good places left in the mall to eat.
