I’m honestly beyond frustrated with this location. We’ve ordered from here multiple times because the pizza itself is usually good and it’s close to our home, but the constant mistakes are getting ridiculous.
Nearly every time we order, something we paid for is missing. The last time we ordered, our entire order of wings and the extra sauce we paid for were completely missing. This time, the black olives that I paid extra for on the pizza weren’t even on it, and to top it off, the pizza wasn’t even cut.
These aren’t small mistakes — these are basic parts of the order that were clearly listed and paid for. It honestly feels like no one is even reading the ticket before making the food.
What’s even more frustrating is that this has happened several times, not just once or twice. I’ve also attempted to contact corporate and never received any response, which makes it seem like no one cares about the repeated issues.
We keep giving this place chances because the pizza is generally good and the location is convenient, but it shouldn’t be this difficult for a restaurant to read an order and make it correctly. At this point, it’s hard to justify coming back when we can’t trust that we’ll actually receive what we paid for.

We have ordered here before but our last order was not good. Ordered a meat lovers. The pizza was extremely thin and seemed undercooked. It also had a very weird taste to the parts of the pizza with ham and italian sausage. I had to remove those pieces and put it back in the oven to make it edible. I’ll be sticking to just pepperoni should we ever order again. Most likely no time soon

And was disappointed on one of our pizzas.. like just throwing onion on the pizza after cooking it and didn’t bother even putting bell pepper.. and on top of being cold..

9:15 on the dot on a Tuesday and I’m being told to buy one get one ended at 8:00 p.m.. well then I asked for a normal pizza. The young man let me know that it was almost time to close. I could have swore I looked at the hours of operation online before I came and it said 11:00 p.m.. I let him know that and he told me his manager told him what to say. The little lady manager let me know I’m just doing what our owner tells us to do. Close early ? Stop offering BOGOs when you need the money ? I was a franchisee with Dickey’s barbecue, If anyone understands….. I understand what a BOGO is trust me. This was terrible. An hour and a half before close and I’m being told you can’t Honor the BOGO or even make me a pizza.

Ordered a two large pizza $41 at 345 pm and was told the pizza would be here around 415 pm. Finally the pizza arrives straight at 5 pm. Very disappointed in the pizza it didn’t have extra cheese and was burnt. Ordered extra cheese pepperoni and hamburger. It was terrible This is my second bad experience with thinks specific location.

They delivered a pizza 12 minutes past its promised time. made an explicitly requested no contact order a contact order stating they required a signature. Why even have no contact options then. Only reason I didn’t give it 1 star was that the pizza itself was not too bad tasting and the manager handled the situation very well, especially for sounding very new.
I hope as this establishment location becomes more settled in they’ll get their stuff together better.

Second time ordering from this location. Regretted the first time and regret it the second time. Messed up my order the first time and waited on my pizzas for over an hour the second time. Literally watched employee stand outside and smoke while they had a waiting room full of people. Won’t make this mistake again 3rd time.

If y’all are out this way, this store is a great quick pick up spot for pizza! The food is delicious, I purchased subs for a staff event and they loved the subs. Dezmond was a HUGE HELP! As I’m from out of town and needed to feed my staff of 80! He walked me through the process, took his time to help me understand the menu & helped me order what I needed to feed the staff of 80 people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
