She is very attentive and accommodating,
And polite and professional.
She always makes my visits there very pleasant and welcoming, she’s always smiling, patient, and by the way she works you can just tell that she’s compassionate about her job, and responsibility as a Dunkin employee.
I wouldn’t be surprised to find out if she is the team leader at this specific store
Because you can truly tell that she is the back bone of the team, and a natural professionist
When it comes to customer service
When I decided to treat myself to a Dunkin morning I actually am greatful and comfortable knowing that Eliza is working

Eliza is such a kind employee. She always shows up and is there long hours/many days per week. She is so sweet and clearly cares about what she does. I really enjoy seeing Eliza and have become quite close with her in the short amount of time I have known her.

This place i can’t even begin. I order here multiple times because it’s quick for me. I’m so happy the other one opened. They always made my wraps wrong. They make my drinks wrong today. I ordered a large refresher, a sandwich and a large hot coffee cream. Only I got there walked inside. The refresher and the sandwich was made but not the hot coffee. After 2 minutes of waiting, a lady walked up looked at my ticket and walked away. And started doing something else. A couple minutes later, a male asked me what I was waiting on. I said a large hot coffee cream. Only he continued to make 3 other beverages on people that weren’t even waiting there before he made my large hub. Coffee nowI worked fast food for years on years.If somebody is waiting for something and they’re there in front of your face you make them what they’re waiting on, just so that they can leave.You don’t make other people’s items while they’re not even there waiting.That was unbelievably rude.You don’t ask me what i’m waiting on, and then I tell you, and then you don’t even make it.I will not be going back there.They suck so bad they’re so uncoordinated, and they need to be restaffed. I don’t get how a place like this can be run.So badly, they need a new management team.

I went through the drive-thru. I had to ask for napkins and I didn’t receive the receipt. Also, I was handed apple juice instead of orange juice. The error was realized and the apple juice was switched to orange juice. Also, I ordered avocado toast with bacon bits and there were no bacon bits on the toast. The sausage egg and cheese on a croissant was delicious as was the avocado toast.

I normally come here before I go to work I’m a regular the amount of money I spend here is ridiculous to be treated the way I was!. The new manager has absolutely no clue on how to be a manager. My whole order was wrong she looks at me after I wanted to address her about my order and tells me “you pass by 3-4 other Dunkin’s why don’t you go to one of them” absolutely unacceptable especially being a manager. I asked her name and she refused to give it to me all I know is she’s tall and has a face tattoo and black hair and she is the manager. Her attitude is disgusting I guess businesses just hire anybody now! Whatever you do drive past this dunkin the whole place is garbage!

So I sat in a 20 minute line only to reach the speaker and watch 5 crew members all run outside to smoke then I sat their for another 10 minutes with no one taking my order while again the entire staff is sitting smoking outside that’s pathetic seriously ? It’s okay everyone go on smoke break ? There was one young kid working running inside and outside grabbing ice and other things while they did nothing . No one took my order I asked them before I left if someone would take my order or what’s going on they ignored me I wasn’t even being rude but u mean cmon now . Also y have a communist sticker posted on your speaker the ambient didn’t care enough to remove all the way I suppose so that’s cute . I’ll be sending a email to corporate as well that’s a brand new Dunkin you should fire the staff and hire new ones .

shout out to the Dunkin next to my house! This Dunkin is fairly new and I don’t go there so much to wear they recognize me or anything so no special treatment and let me tell you this Dunkin hits every time! Not only are the drinks and stuff always good I’ve had maybe one or two problems ordering on DoorDash but it was the food and it wasn’t really a big deal but for the past couple days I’ve went there I’ve been so pleased. Last night I went there and the girl at the drive-through saw my small dog in the backseat and asked if she wanted a pup cup and I said yes and I honestly didn’t know how much my dog loved whipped cream until then so I went there again this morning and I ordered at the counter inside so nobody saw my dog and I forgot to ask for one so I ran back in quickly to grab her one and the kid working at the counter asked me if she could eat bacon? I said yes but I was a little confused as to why he asked because I only asked for some whipped cream he literally put a plain old-fashioned munchkin in her pup cup and then sprinkled some bacon on top for her! Like above and beyond isn’t the word he must love dogs and I literally loved it so much she gobbled all that pup cup up so quick it was so Cute I love that Dunkin downnn! Thank you guys so much <3

When I visited this place the lady that was supposed to help me read my order refuse to do it I got very angry at her and I’ve been coming to this place for the last of 5 years but I’ve never experienced the bad treatment that she caused in me. It is very bad when you are a reg customer and find someone. Who refuses to help you the matter of the story I didn’t have my prescription glasses to read I would not find out what kind of person they have in this Dunking donuts working serving customers

Service is awful. The orders are always wrong. Went inside and a girl with blue hair kept mumbling and not acknowledging an elderly individual. It’s your job to greet people and take orders. Why just stand there? I felt badly for the older gentleman.

One of the worst Dunkin locations in Cranston. Whomever is hiring really needs to do a better job. The workers are rude and cold. Customer service is all time bottom. The place is small so you think it would be quick in and out but with no customers in line and still wait 5-10 minutes for service? what are they doing, oh talking in the back and looking at their phones. I am going to next coffee place on Pontiac Ave (not Dunkin). It’s a bit more but huge improvement for customer service and coffee quality also environment is much better too. Avoid at all costs.
