Ordered chicken sausage, raisin toast, scrambled eggs.
Cleanliness should be a primary focus. While the service was quick and efficient, the restaurant felt dumpy and outdated. The floors and seating areas could use a deep clean, and the overall decor seems worn and neglected. A refreshed interior and better upkeep would go a long way in improving the dining experience.

Their food is delicious and usually hot even though it’s delivered. There have been a few mistakes but usually they are pretty accurate. I like that they always have my usual order and I’m never told that they are out of anything.

I’ve done everything possible to avoid this waffle house. Of course the 1 single time I give it a chance it doesn’t go well. First off, why delivery only? Pandemic ended years ago, get back with the times. Second, you actually CAN do an Uber Eats pick up, which I did.
I was notified that my food was Ready for Pickup about 10 minutes after I placed the order, I arrive and wait 10 more minutes. There are 4 people working there. 1 person was cooking, 1 person was moving at half speed packing the orders, literally I’ve seen 90 year-olds move faster than that employee. Person #3 chewed gum and watched the cook do his job and contributed nothing else. Person 4 showed his face 1 time (didn’t actually do any work during that time) and then went…..wherever.
After all that time and with only 1 person actually doing their job, my order was wrong. Chocolate chips on what was supposed to be a plain waffle, and country gravy missing from my grits bowl- I only ever get a grits bowl with country gravy because their grits are so dry, it’s not good any other way.
So please give the cook a raise, and probably just save some money and fire every one else on that shift because they didn’t help at all. Maybe if all 4 people were actually working, orders would come out faster and be accurate.

Got a good offer on DoorDash for an early morning pickup. Pulled into waffle House and there was nobody else there. As you pulled into the parking lot you can see the workers turn around and go start making orders again. No big deal. It was funny because suddenly all of them were busy not looking anywhere else but towards the outside. The one guy on the grill did his job and was cooking the food, well I don’t know what everybody else was doing but they were there. And somehow it still took over 20 minutes to get the order that I was there to pick up. Now I know Waffle House’s can turn on some food, Even during busy hours, so this was just pitiful and almost laughable if it wasn’t trying to get someone their food. Like seriously you guys went to delivery only and still embarrassing
