I ordered ahead using the Charley’s mobile app. When I got there about 10 minutes later my order was bagged and ready to go! This was my first time at Charley’s and I’m very impressed. I tried the Chicken Philly (regular size) and was so impressed when I opened the box at home. The toppings were piled on a generous amount of chicken. It was hard to know where to grab to start, even though the sandwich had been cut in half already. Great seasoning on the chicken and with the typical toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, onions, pickle) it just popped. I also ordered the Original Fries (large size) and am very happy with them. Every one of them was golden-crisp and hot, like they’d been made fresh for my order. Nicely salted, a good side to my Chicken Philly.
I am definitely coming back here, and next time I am going to try the boneless wings, because those sound fantastic as well!

I called today to ask if this was the one next to the theater. I was told no and I kept looking through Google to find the right one. I realized later THIS was the right location. Whatever, maybe he didn’t understand me. I call back to try to plane an order so I can pick it up… They blocked my number?! I was not rude or mean or anything. Literally asked if this the one near the theater, no? Ok bye and hung up. Why did that warrant a blocked number? That’s good I’m done with this franchise.

We have gotten take-out from here twice now. Iv been looking for a place to replace our Penn Station addiction since we had them all over where we were from, and we had one here in bolingbrook until it was shut down. NOTHING I ordered from any restaurant came close – until Charley’s! The Philly cheesteak is amazzzzinggggg. My husband got the teriyaki chicken and I tried tried it as well – it was way to sweet. But then this time a round he got the bacon chicken chipotle and it was . We will be back again and again and again! Thank you for bringing cheesesteakes back to Bolingbrook!

This is the worse Philly Cheesesteak I have ever had by far!!! This shouldn’t even qualify as a cheesesteak. The bread is not the correct type nor quality. The cheese was laid on top of the meat when done, not melted through the meat while on the grill. Taste-wise… flavor was non-existent; seasoning seems absent. It was absolutely disgusting. Philadelphia would give this Cheesesteak 2 thumbs down!

My husband and I was so excited to get a Charlie’s Cheesesteak in town. We used to go to the one in the mall located in Chicago Ridge. Unfortunately this bolingbrook location is just not that good. My favorite was the chicken teriyaki philly, but here, it just soaked with sauce and the bread gets soggy. It’s just not appetizing at all. I even asked for easy sauce and still received a puddle of sauce. I called and they said thats how it always is. It was NEVER like that at the other location.I will not be coming back and would not recommend bolingbrook location.
