I placed my order in the store. I left a 20% tip, for which the cashier thanked me. Two other customers were in queue ahead of me and two more behind. I’d not ordered anything special not time-consuming. When all four of the other customers had received their completed orders, I went back to the counter to tell them I was still waiting for my food. While the employees looked into it immediately, the looks on their faces showed that they were annoyed with me. Thereafter, I was not a happy camper. Gotta admit – when I finally got it, the food was delish.

I come here all the time for a cappuccino. I have to say every time I walk in there the girls are always extremely nice. The coffee is always reliable and it’s A very nice Dunkin’ Donuts for a very nice town.

The employees are always so kind here and they make the drinks right 98% of the time, when they don’t you tell them and they fix it without hesitation. It’s very clean and I see a group of older guys always hanging out here as there hang out spot. Very sweet.

Plenty of parking spaces including handicap spaces. No drive through, male and female restrooms. Good for groups and cozy inside with handicap entrance. It is not easily noticed from the street in normal traffic; no out- door seating.cool place to hang and watch the news which they always have on.

I really like this place it’s super convenient but lately the staffing just isn’t it. They are kind of unprofessional and rude. I went by at around 5 today and saw some staff sitting with their feet up on the tables and when I walked up they were reluctant to come help me, when they did, they gave me the wrong muffin. I had a long, stressful day at work so it’s on me that I didn’t go back and ask for the right Muffin but it shouldn’t be up to me to fix that sort of thing. Do better please

Not a safe store. In addition to three guests without masks at this store at 52 Danbury Road in Ridgefield, CT, when I mentioned this to the manager, I noticed he was wearing his mask under his nose. He said that masks are required in the store, yet there was no visible signage and no effort on his part to reinforce this policy with the guests. 7/30/2020 aprox. 11:30 AM

Got my food order horribly wrong. Ordered a half dozen donuts with the app. Got all donuts I didn’t ask for. While they got the coffees right. Somehow ended up with a bagel with cream cheese instead of a egg and cheese.
