Completely disappointed in the order of 4 Cupid’s heart & 2 Cream delight which turned out to be an 2 Cupid hearts three Boston creams, and one empty. Try to explain to it the issue but unfortunately, I received A long conversation of how they’ve seen one thing on their side and then it turned into. Oh no, they don’t make those here they get sent to us Already made. Unfortunately, I go to Dunkin more than I should, but this will definitely curve my appetite

Pd $35 for 2 dozen plus tip (for some reason you’re expected to tip even when you walk-in and pick up). They were for a birthday party so I spent lots of time custom ordering online to get everyone’s favorites. Son picked them up for me. When I opened boxes it was a COMPLETELY different assortment than my order plus hard and stale. The birthday boy’s requested flavor was not included at all but party had started and too late to go back. Never again!

I used the drive-thru at this location this evening (3/6/26), and I ordered the banana pudding cloud latte. At the order screen, I placed my order and the employee told me to drive around, but didn’t tell me my total. At the window, she took my card and still didn’t tell me my total. She gave me my drink and card back, but no receipt. I waited by the window for a couple of minutes, but she never returned so I could ask for my receipt. Once I got home, I checked my card statement, and my total was $7.77 for a medium coffee??? I checked the app, and with tax, the drink is $7 exact. So she tipped herself around 10% without my knowledge. I realize that isn’t much money, but it’s the principle of tipping yourself without a customer’s knowledge or consent. It’s wrong, and I’m very disappointed and frustrated with this entire interaction. Because how many other people is she doing that to? How many times a day? I’ve been to this location before and have never had this happen. I should have asked her for my total, but I really didn’t expect that she was tipping herself.

I SPECIFICALLY ordered a $5 meal deal, a donut, and a cup of water from them and they made sure to ring up the meal deal separately so it cost me more out of my pocket. I questioned them at the window why it was over $9, they blamed it on my $.50 water and walked away to not be questioned further.
She was rude as well.

I know what they are doing because I once worked for a boss that would buckle and dime customers to death and try to pull sly things on them as well.

I will DEFINITELY NOT be back to this Dunkin and will warn others about it.

Had a great experience when I picked up my mobile order. The girl behind the counter was all smiles and friendly. Drink was made perfect! Told her that Jesus loved her and she lit up with a big smile and said Jesus loves me too! Great atmosphere and great employees! Love coming there! God bless you all!

The employee was to busy on their phone to get my order correct. I had to repeat it 3 times. The coffee was handed to me with coffee spilled down the side of the cup. I had to ask for a clean cup.

Ok-so we are in here several times a week. Staff is always friendly and for the most part we don’t have any issues…BUT, please don’t forget to toast the avocado TOAST!!! It’s the only thing I eat from there since I don’t like donuts, and the last several times it’s not been cooked at all which isn’t so yummy. Thank you!

The staff is excellent and friendly. My food came quick and was good. My coffee was exactly how I asked and I was given extra yellow sweeteners. The outside seating was nice. My only suggestion would be to put a bag hook in the bathrooms. I had to rest my bag on the sink. The was a shelf but it about 3” deep. The bathroom was clean. I will go back.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced at a Dunkin. The cashier was sporting a Marijuana hat. Barely spoke at all. Sat down and was never told our order was ready. We were the only people inside. Ordered 2 chai lattes with cold foam and one with cookie crumbles on top. Well, no cookie crumbles and barely any cold foam. I hate doing a negative review but our experience at this Dunkin was not good.

Girl took a 100$ bill for a 30$ order didn’t have enough change in her drawer. She asked the manager and the manager said she just counted the drawers and would not give change, told the girl to refund us after making a big deal about it. The girl that refused was younger white girl this happened September 6th 2025 at 12pm
