The lady at the front desk. VERY NASTY . TERRIBLE ATTITUDE JUST IS AND LOOK AT HOT MESS AND WONDER WHY SHE STILL WORKING AT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT FOR KIDS .Please FIX YOUR CUSTOMER. Food was fine, except the drive thru worker put my order in as a regular cheeseburger instead of double. No problem, but when we brought it up w him, he asked the man in the kitchen to remake it and he replied “I’m not doing that, they’re going to have to take it or leave it” so we just had to sit there and hear that? They expressed they were short staffed and we get it, but dang :/

How is that everytime I order from this place, Drive thru or in house, the order is wrong?
My wife always orders a Whooper Jr,no Ketchup,no tomato.
I always order a Bacon single ,no Ketchup, everything else.
Every time our sandwiches come in reverse.
The thing is, i can walk to this location but,it has been over a year since I stopped by there because they keep messing up the order.
The same Man,long,what appears to be Dreadlocks, always seems to be on duty.
The last time was in house. He repeated my order,wrong, to the back twice. I said you keep telling him wrong. He said calm down Sir,we will get it right. I eventually left and went to Hardee’s.
Tonight he was working the window,don’t worry, I have you covered.
When he handed me the order ,I said do you guarantee this is correct? Yes.
After a day of Drs visits,we left without checking the order. Of course when we got home the order was wrong.
Not only that, they were both cold.

I use the drive-thru. Love the food but usually have to wait and have been known to turn off car while waiting. At least when the order arrives it is usually fresh and hot.

On 10/13/2025 at 1:50 pm I went to the drive through at 8101 Midlothian turnpike Richmond, VA. 23225 and placed my order. I drove around and there were 2 black females, 1 older, one younger. The older one asked the younger one to wash her hands because she was picking her nose and the customer, who was me, was watching. The younger one said so what, I bet he pick his nose too. I felt insulted and very helpless, as no one would answer the phone for me to complain. I left without getting my food and I will never return there. No one answers the phone to even speak to the manager.

The atmosphere was really unpleasant. The two people who were there were about to fight and shout. Besides that, I was asking them if they had cinnamon rolls and they told me they couldn’t answer Questions at the window, terrible staff

The staff was very nice and apologized for the long wait in line. The food was really hot, too.
I tried the Crispy Onion Whopper. It was OK/not bad. I prefer a regular Whopper, but it still hit the spot since I was craving a burger.
I also ordered the Jalapeno Cheddar Bites, and I forgot I had them not too long ago, and don’t care for them. I remember them being way better before they went away. I think they changed the batter. Also, they are more cheesy than jalapenonie.
The Strawberry Lemonade was refreshing, but was a standard lemonade, in my opinion.

Food was all cold, the restaurant was filthy. Like a herd of toddlers just blew it up. The attitudes of the employees are plain awful. So people that don’t want to be there are making subpar food and not cleaning up. I once worked for BK, and this store would have been completely overhauled.

Stopped in for a 5 duo and gave the girl $10 for a $5.30 order. She yelled to the back that she had no change, gave me my food and when I told her she owed me 70 cents she said I don’t have any change and walked away.
