I am here in town traveling for work, I ordered my usual from freaky fast Jimmy Johns and the delivery was transferred to Uber Eats. (they don’t have a driver for night shift) It was going to take about 45-55 minutes to deliver. I called the store to see if I could just come get it as I was 5 min out. Blake the store manager saved the DAY! he said sure! Made me a whole new sandwich so it would be fresh! Whatever you folks are paying Blake it isn’t enough! Fantastic Customer Service! 10/10 would recommend

I didn’t order sub with soup! I unwrapped my sandwich and dressing was dripping out onto the floor in my office. I made the obvious mistake of ordering extra ranch on the chicken bacon ranch because what I got was ranch soup. It was absolutely disgusting.

Well, the Cubano that was delivered looks nothing like the menu pic (see added photos). I ordered double ham and it looks less than the standard order from their menu pic. All for $12.49. I won’t be back. False advertising. My sandwich looks like it is sick. Eating out is dying.

Couldn’t even eat it! I had to pull sandwich apart before biting into it and what do I see? Specs of hair! I notice when I walked in the employee was messing around in her blonde hair. I thought she was a customer until she went around behind the counter. She didn’t wash her hands or nothing! She put on gloves and started to make sandwiches. She had on a pink long-sleeve shirt. Filthy, very unpleasant! No uniform or nothing! This was very disturbing, I should’ve known better but I was hungry and still wasn’t able to eat. Where’s the manager? I didn’t get the lady name but she has a even cut short hairstyle, blonde, and on the plus size.

Got on to write my second review ever about this dump. Don’t get me wrong they make a good sandwich when they actually make it. The past month I’ve had to convince myself waiting in line WHEN IM THE ONLY PERSON THERE FOR 15 MIN is acceptable….. until today. Waited for 25 min for no one to budge in line. We decided to leave and say screw it to our sandwiches and so did 6 others. We ran to Ross to grab a couple things AND THE CAR IN FRONT OF US STILL HADNT BUDGED. BROOOO!! Even as I write this review no one’s got their food. Garbage service. Go to another location. This place sucks.

The food is good but delivery has been taking 25-30 minutes. The last two times I’ve ordered, the cheese I added on the turkey Tom was missing. It’s unfortunate to pay $22 for one sub with a $4.99 delivery fee plus tip. This last time I had them remake my sub and re deliver. I hate to do that but when you pay that much for something, I expect to get what I asked for. For delivery in particular, it’s just not with the price and risk that your order is incorrect.
