The last time I ate here, I had a protein bowl, which is just a salad with double meat. I had it with chicken salad which was quite good. I had previously tried the chicken salad wrap which I did not particularly enjoy because the new flatbed is pretty tasteless as well as being the texture of crumbly cardboard. Their sub bread has an overly soft crust and needs to be toasted and it tastes too sweet for a good sub

Your staff is great – awesome and kind.
The food is reliable and delicious.
The atmosphere needs major updating. This subway is busy, you’re obviously making money so it’s time to put some money back into the business and update it a little.
No music playing, the walls are worn and seen better days, the food case that customers see when walking in is out of date and just doesn’t hold up to the standard of a newer Subway.
Please have pride in your restaurant for the community that supports your business, for yourself and your employees.
Will keep coming in but hope that you walk in your business look around and agree it’s time for a freshen up in there.

The premise of Subway has always been a great idea to me, fresh sandwiches with friendly service and yummy cookies. Unfortunately our local subway isn’t one of those places, the staff are friendly but poorly trained. Today, I ordered off the app for myself and my family, so a total of four sandwiches, I reviewed the order several times before submitting to male sure they were what everyone wanted. When I got to the store, at the time the app said it would be ready, they hadn’t even started making my order yet so I walked over to piggly wiggly and got large bags of chips and then came back to half the order finished being made so had to wait another 10 minutes for the other two sandwiches. I sat back in the corner giving them time to make the rest, when I got them home finally, only 2 of 4 sandwiches were correctly made. Also, this location is frequently out of basic ingredients and today the toaster is out of service

Terrible experience…can’t rate the food because we never got any. The staff behind the counter were slow and confused and had no sense of urgency at all…and they clearly don’t know their own menu at all. There was a woman there (customer) who kept ordering sandwich after sandwich. After waiting 15mins and not seeing a single order completed, we left.
Do yourself a favor…find a different Subway to visit…this one is just terrible service and the store is a mess.

Call ahead if ordering late. They may close early due to staffing issues. They should be able to turn off online ordering, so you don’t pay for a meal then be told when you’re 5 minutes away and miles from another Subway that they closed early and already put all the food away. If the online ordering had been shut off, I would have known to stop elsewhere. I try to support our local subway, but sometimes they don’t make it easy.

Worst service ever! I can’t believe how rude the two workers were! They were so nasty and sloppy. They both acted as if they didn’t care what they were doing or to who. I’m so disappointed in this subway. They used to have much better employees than this crap! I didn’t get the girls name her name tag was all hanging off her shirt and messy but the guys name was Corey. Don’t go in there if they are in there! Don’t make that mistake.

My reason for 2 stars is the service. The sandwich was great but the service was bad. Actually, I felt the two youg ladies behind the counter were rather rude. When I walked in they appeared to be making two sandwiches for a pick-up order. One girl looked up and immediately looked back down. Neither acknowledged my presence. When one was ready to take my order she only looked at me instead of asking if she could help me. If this is their idea of customer service I won’t be back.
