My friend was at the Vault a few doors down. It’s a pretty dope cigar bar. They sell liquor there but I’m not a drinker so it was cool that this chocolate shop was a few steps away. It was perfect timing to stop in for an afternoon caffeinated beverage and a treat.
I have been to a lot of parts of Meridian but I didn’t even know this shop even existed. Where have I been? This shop is my ideal hang out spot. They have coffee and chocolates, two of my favorite things. And the chocolates here didn’t disappoint. They all looked so good. The chocolates were prettily lined up in the bright display case. There was also a variety of packaged goodies too. I’m a visual eater so I like to pick out my own chocolates. Making a decision to which one to get will be the hard part.
I got a a couple americanos started for my friend and I. We got iced americanos with sugar free white chocolate and cream. While our drinks were being worked on, I ate my caramel marshmallow milk chocolate heart and checked out all the merch on the floor. I did a run through all the treats in the little paper bags. The chocolate dipped potato chips caught my eye. I love me a sweet and salty treat. I love the Valentines day packaged chocolates. A big red heart full of sweets. There is also cards, art work, stickers and homemade goods. This is a great place to grab a quick and easy gift.
My chocolate was so good! The marshmallow, caramel and milk chocolate is such a winning combination. I could have eaten another 2 or 3 pieces but I had some chocolates earlier in the day so I really had to control myself. The americanos looked really good. The sweet gal that made them did a good job. The espresso was very present. The half and half did help with the bitterness of the espresso. The white chocolate was there but I could have used a hair more or a packet of sweetner to make it a tad sweeter. I didn’t see any sweetener packets anywhere so I’ll have to ask them next time if they have any. But the espresso was just what I needed to keep me going.
This venue is very cute. They have all sorts of options here besides coffee and chocolates. There are also Italian sodas, gelato, milk shakes and espresso in a scoop of ice cream. The espresso and ice cream combo is definitely a must try the next time I’m in! There is also a happy hour between 4 to 6 so that will be a great time to come in for a sweet treat. Looking forward to coming back and trying other sweets that are offered here, especially that espresso and ice cream concoction.

The ice cream is homemade and soooo good! So many amazing flavors!! The toffee bar and the biscoff caramel are two of my favs but all of them are amazing!

I hesitate to write this one because I like that this place is quiet and mellow, but delicious chocolates, decent coffee, Gelato, and lots of locally sourced items such as diaries, book marks, earrings, and lots of other knickknacks. I just did a lousy job of describing the knickknacks, but the photos will bail us out.

BEST TRUFFLES EVER! I am a truffle connoisseur & buy them everywhere! I have been disappointed as of late because they are expensive & have 0 flavor, but I can’t stop trying! So glad we hit this place up! Blackberry Mojito… yes please! Key Lime…tart, yes please! We bought about 30, so far, yum yum yum!!!

This little shop is amazing! They have so much to see, we went in to get ice cream. Which was delicious but we ended up come out of there with so much more, I got a hat, my kids got a soap set and natural bug repellent and more. Stop by if you are around the area.

Such a gem in downtown Meridian! We’re so fortunate to have this fabulous little place that offers so much variety. The gourmet chocolates are smooth, creamy, and delicious! The staff are super kind and attentive. Great atmosphere, we love visiting this shop!

adorable little shop. i’m a bartender in the lounge at heritage hop haus up the block, and i went here after work last night on my way to alpine. (shout out dakota for letting me bring in my ice cream) i had a scoop of honey vanilla: delicious. perfect. amazing. and then the truffles were so pretty i couldn’t resist. and so many unique flavors! loved that balsamic was included. very cool. masterful truffles from a culinary perspective. writing this after having a dark chocolate grapefruit blow my mind. heard from the girl working that the business owners are husband and wife and she does the truffles and he does the ice cream. how cute!! will definitely be coming back when i’m working over here to grab some little treats!!
