I had a great experience here with a gluten free meal! The gluten free pancakes were delicious and so was the fresh squeezed orange juice! My boys had regular items off the menu and enjoyed them as well! Liz was our server and she was awesome!

I frequently visit the IHOP in Lacey, and the service is always amazing. John is incredibly friendly and greets us as soon as we walk in, which always makes us feel welcome. You can’t beat the 7 dollar value breakfast! I’m very particular about how I like my pancakes, over-easy eggs on top of the pancakes with lots of whipped cream, and they always accommodate exactly what I ask for. Brooke is also wonderful! She’s very personable and attentive, and she remembers exactly how I like my order every time I come in. I don’t even have to explain it anymore!

I haven’t been to ihop since before covid so I decided to give it a try and let my wife try it for the first time since she’s never been to ihop. Service was slow, food was missing something. I ordered French toast with a side of ham they gave me two pieces of French toast add a piece of ham that was 2.5×2.5 inches and cost $3.50. I asked the waitress where are the ham steak is and she’s like oh I’m sorry that’s the ham, but if I wanted more than the 2.5x 2.5 inch piece of ham steak that they gave me that they would have to charge me an additional $3.50. they were skimpy on butter for the French toast and my wife’s pancakes. Also ask for a to-go container, and they gave me a container that was smaller than I needed…. not pleased at all with the service at this IHOP.

Walked in with my fiancé because Caffreys was packed and decided to give the new ihop a chance since we hadn’t tried it yet. We walked in around 8 pm and was immediately told: we are closing at 9 pm tonight when online hours of operation go until 10 pm. Already felt rushed by that. We took our orders. My diet pepsi had a chemical taste to it I sent it back. I ordered steak tips for my dish but it was overly sweet; I would’ve ordered a different dish but I had already ate the pancakes and eggs so i just told the manager to take the stuff I didn’t eat off. Immediately she had an attitude telling me that that’s how the marinade was and then proceeded to bicker to herself while removing it from our checks that “we want a free meal” “eat and leave” “take this off take that off what do they want from me” obviously trying to enjoy the rest of my pancakes I looked over and me and my partner heard the nasty things and was saying. Passive aggressively she turned to our waiter and said: “she keeps staring at me.” I did not once complain about the service in person as I did not want to argue I had a headache. We paid for our meal and left. No I was not looking for a free meal, I just wasn’t happy with my dish people can have that complaint. I’ve ate at Gordan Ramseys steak house with no issue with a $600 bill with family if I wanted a free meal I’d just have my mom cook for me. Be more nice to people and spread kindness. Won’t be coming back here again and I don’t see this place staying in business much longer anyways. Manager was brunette with glasses.

We were seated and gave menus and told someone would be with us shortly. No one waited on us it was about 10 minutes.Then another couple came in and the server went to them first then came to us . We asked for 2 coffees and the server took the coffee pot off of table and said be right back. Well not true 15 minutes later and no one came back with coffee. So we left. Not good. It was not that busy at all. The Perkins that was there prior was the same way. Thought it would of changed. All well.

Okay, I don’t usually leave reviews… however my mom took me and my two nieces to ihop today for breakfast and we had a terrible experience. Our waitress was so rude and mostly because we had small children with us. Both our girls were very well behaved however multiple times the waitress made comments to them about messes (which I would’ve cleaned up if one were made). Our 2 year old had bananas, that were so hard and sour she was gagging. When we requested a different side our waitress insisted they were fresh bananas and nothing was wrong with them. I’m not confrontational however multiple times I was tempted to tell the waitress to please stop talking to our kids. Terrible experience, no desire to return with children ever again. Don’t work at an ihop if you don’t like kids(or people).

My boyfriend and I had a great experience at IHOP! The food was absolutely delicious, and everything came out fresh and exactly as we ordered. The service was fantastic – our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Will be coming back!!

Not a big fan because they never get the order correct. My Aunt and I went for breakfast, asked for milk for her tea, had to ask a third time. I ordered a side of bacon and a glass of water, nope was not gonna get it.
