I’m honestly shocked by how this was handled. I arrived/checked in for my order and was told it had already been picked up—because they gave it to someone else. When I tried to explain, the staff acted like I was making it up instead of taking ownership. The “solution” was telling me it would be about an hour to remake, and when I called back to sort it out, the manager hung up on me. No accountability, no apology, no customer service. Never ordering from this location again.

Ordered a pizza for carry out. Took the pizza to a friend’s house (they are moving in) and it wasn’t cut. Had to tear the pizza in order to eat. Called the store and they offered to replace the pizza if I drove back. They didn’t offer for a free pizza another time or to send a driver with a cut pizza now or a free brownie some other time, etc. Why would I want to drive 15 minutes each way to correct the error of that Papa John’s location? We tore the pizza and ate it. I am not happy that a better solution was not offered. When does it make sense for the customer to go out of their way to correct an error of a store? ADD EDIT: Was contacted by management. Management went out of their way after review to correct issue. Upgrading from 1 star to 4 star for the effort

I’ve been ordering from this location for many years. I placed an order online last week and made a mistake on my order. The staff were friendly, helpful and corrected it for me with no problem. The pizzas were great as always!

Very confused why the delivery drivers don’t seem to grasp the concept of no-contact delivery. The last two pizzas I’ve ordered I’ve selected the no-contact option, due to health reasons, and the drivers STILL wait at my door and hand me the pizza themselves. I’m okay if they step a few feet back but I do not want them handing me the pizza directly if I select no-contact delivery. I appreciate them for the swift deliveries, and for being pleasant people, but no-contact delivery should not even be an option if they’re not going to do it properly.

I am sooooo bummed about this. I promised our daycare pizza for lunch at noon. I call the daycare at 1 pm and pizza hasn’t arrived yet. I called papa John’s and they say their systems are down. No phone call, no heads up in advance and no estimate on when it would get delivered. I can’t convey how disappointed I am. 20 people were left without lunch because of Papa John’s lack of planning and failure to communicate. Will not be ordering ever again.

NO STARS! My experience was terrible! When we got home with our pizza, it had been poorly made, with all the ingredients gathered in the center of the pizza and not spread equally around as a normal pizza would be. I called to register my complait, and the person who said he was the manager simply said, “ok I will make a note an talk to them.” (Who ever them was.) There was no offer to make it right. I decided to return the pizza for a refund and when I got to the store there was no apology and no indication that the situation was mishandled. I will never purchase Papa Johns again. There are plenty of other options.

I order a pizza from this place (one large pizza). Delivery guy shows up to my house with an order of garlic knots – with somebody else’s address on it- obviously not my order. Guy says, “tough luck call the store”. Call the store, no answer. I drive to the store. Guy says he will make me another pizza. He does. I ask to refund the delivery fee and the tip. Says “okay, I’ll do that.” I wait, then ask for receipt. Then he says he can’t refund that (he was obviously not going to do it). I said I want my money back for something I didn’t pay for (delivery fee). He then says (after he accuses me of lying), he’ll void my order. Then he throws the voided receipt at me and it has somebody else’s number on it. All I asked for after dealing with that was for a $5 delivery fee to be refunded. How is this store still in business?
