Subway at the truck stop is back to tasting like it did back in the day. The sandwiches are prepared great. Not sloppy. Staff does a great job. I also appreciate being able to use the mobile app. They were quick in preparing 3 foot longs from mobile ordering, tonight, even with a decent line. Two employees and neither could bother to help me. After standing there waiting for several minutes i received a sharp “that’s all we got right there, oh and wheat bread only” then she turned away and let me just stand there. They are always out of everything and the worst service.

Walked back to subway tonight 4/15/2025 at 9:20 and asked the young lady “are y’all closed?” She said “yes” and I’ve stayed here quite a few times before and I know they close at 10 pm. I have walked back there at 9:45 and the employees still fixed my food. I didn’t get the young lady name but I’ll know from now on to stop and get something to eat before I get here.

Went on 8/4 around 8pm and the food was delicious and made perfectly but the service was amazing. The lady behind the counter was working by herself but still made me feel welcome and treated me with respect. She needs a raise for sure! 10/10

Got there stood in line from 9:50pm to 10pm note I know they closed at 10pm but the guy working seen me walk up went to the back and didn’t come back out until 10 and said o we are closed real nice subway don’t hire children if they don’t want to work because his buddy showed up to pick him up

I’m becoming more and more disgusted with the people that work at subway. The place appears clean from a glance and the staff seem friendly, but I wish subway franchise would make it mandatory for staff to wear some sort of facial (mouth and nose) covering my best example would be a mask. The employees at this location will literally talk all over your sandwich. I just witnessed 3 employees making sandwiches and literally having full conversations with each other with no facial coverings. Just talking all over every ingredient being placed on each person sandwich. It just grossed me out! Please subway require that your workers wear facial covering while making food at the least. I definitely wouldn’t give anything over 1 star.
The same way I can make a post complaining I can make a post to talk about the good. Today is 5/14/24 and I just wanted to come back and say this has become the best subway here in town. I guess upper admin heard our disapproval and decided to do something about it. Brandy has stepped in and turned this establishment around. From the appearance to the customer service it is A-1. There is cohesiveness across the board. The workers all wear matching shirts. No more house bonnets and pajamas at work. The food appearance is more appealing on the eyes. Thank you so much upper management for sending Brandy our way and saving this establishment. I eat there quite often now. Great work Brandy!

The meat is NOT halal, that’s why i order veggie. But i saw mosquito hanging around on top of everything. I said never mind, don’t wanna order at all. Not even 1 star. This place needs to be sanitized. Full of dirt. 7:30 pm

I was just at this Subway which happens to be part of a truck stop by the way, and ordered my food. It came to 17 dollars and some change. All I had was exactly 16 dollars and a 100 dollar bill. They gonna tell me that they can’t cash a 100 dollar bill inside a truck stop. Told me to go over to the store part and try to get it cashed like that’s my job. So I go over to the store side and they, A TRUCK STOP, could nor cash a 100 dollar bill. So I didn’t get a sandwich at all. I’m a nurse that was headed to yet another 16 hour shift and couldn’t get a turkey sandwich. And on top of that was made to feel like I didn’t have money. AT A TRUCK STOP. UNBELIEVABLE
