Disappointed dinner experience. I was there last night with a friend on a Saturday night.
I ordered the pollo cacio e pepe, which stated it came with mashed potatoes and broccolini. The chicken and cacio e pepe sauce came out room temperature, and there was no broccolini. Instead, they put frozen broccoli on top of the dish. The broccoli was clearly previously frozen, clearly not broccolini, and was so cold that I had to send it back to be reheated. I have never sent a dish back before, but I couldn’t eat it cold. I wanted to tell them to just keep it, but I didn’t want to make a scene. They reheated the broccoli, but the chicken was still room temperature. Very disappointing for a $30 plate.
The cocktail I ordered also seemed watered down. When I ordered it (directly off their menu), they told me they might not be able to make it because they may not have the ingredients. That made me fairly certain it was watered down just to make it work.
For dessert, they didn’t have about a third of the items listed on the menu.
The servers were very sweet, but it was clear there was no system in place. For example, one server would come over to present the dessert options, and then another would come over and repeat the exact same information.
The positives were that the ambiance and design of the space (formerly the Risotto House) are well done and beautiful. The panna cotta we ordered was delicious.
Unfortunately, the overall experience made us feel like we got ripped off. The restaurant presents itself as if it’s on par with elevated dining, but in reality you’re paying for the ambiance. It’s pretty offensive to serve frozen broccoli on a $30 plate.
What was especially confusing was that when the chef came over to ask how our panna cotta was, we told him it was delicious. When he asked how dinner was, we said that only one of our dishes was good. There was no follow-up as to why we were unhappy with the other dish, and no gesture to make it right on the tab—despite knowing they had to reheat frozen broccoli on the plate. That felt pretty unprofessional and the opposite of elevated dining.
I hope this place tries to make improvements. It could be a great restaurant if they operate with integrity, quality food, and genuine care for their patrons.

This is the third visit we made to Panebianco and we love it more each time! The cocktails are on point, the service was spectacular and the food is amazing. We had the charcuterie which is always a great starter…the gnocchi are fluffy and light, the chicken is craveable and the salmon melted in your mouth. I can’t pick a favorite dessert but the Affogato was delish! And the staff is wonderful…Cat was attentive, made sure we always had drinks and were happy with everything. The entire staff was great and the live music added a lovely ambiance. This will continue to be our new favorite local spot.

The restaurant was a delight to walk into, it was warm and inviting and decorated beautifully for Christmas. It was a nice quiet evening (Sunday) and our table was already set for us. Drinks were yummy and food was great, especially the artichokes appetizer. The only thing I have to ask is the Cacio e Pepe with chicken was on a bed of mashed potatoes witih 2 chicken cutlets. It was good, but I thought Cacio e Pepe was a pasta dish, which I was looking forward to. Should have read the menu better! We will be back!

We had one of the best dining experiences ever! Panebianco Cucina Italiana exceeded all expectations — from the warm and attentive service to the incredible food and drinks. ✨

The cocktails were creative and delicious, the dishes were perfectly prepared, and the desserts were absolutely amazing. The wine selection was outstanding — every glass paired beautifully with the meal.

The atmosphere is cozy, elegant, and truly makes you feel like you’re in Italy. Definitely the best Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to. Can’t wait to come back!”

There is nothing I love more than a delicious and authentic Italian restaurant….and Panebianco Cucina gets a 10/10 from me! Beautiful decor/atmosphere, friendliest staff, and delicious Italian cuisine. I have been wanting to come here since it opened a few months ago, and it did not disappoint! I can’t wait to come back. Must get the Rose Rigatoni (with guanciale) and the Mortadella sandwich!!

Ahhh… dinner in the town where I met my beautiful wife! (although this particular restaurant was not open at the time.
Anyway, we started with the arugula, prosciutto and figs gorgonzola with a nice balsamic glaze. Excellent!
I had the Paccheri (pasta), with broccoli rabe and sausage. Also excellent.
I think my wife had the ‘best’ meal with her Shrimp on Risotto. Wow… maybe the best risotto my wife has ever let me try. I love making risotto at home, but don’t usually make it as rich and creamy as this dish was. Just fantastic!
Service was very friendly and accommodating.
NOT a BYO, but some reasonably priced wines are available, by the bottle or glass.

Came here with my wife and SIL.
We all had a different salad, one beet salad with baked goat cheese for the SIL, a poached pear salad with gorgonzola and cranberries for my wife and I had the Figs ang gorgonzola with with figs and prosciutto. All different, all very good.
My wife went for the chicken special (kind of like a cassolette), my SIL ordered the salmon, which she always does and I ordered the Cavatelli Ragù Di Salsiccia, which was very good… served maybe a bit too al dente… but very good none the less.
We all shared a nice bottle of Nebbiolo. (So NOT a BYOB)

Panebianco is a local gem! From start to finish, the dining experience was absolutely exquisite. The team is warm, fun, hospitable and attentive 🙂

I began with the Poached Pear Insalate, a perfectly balanced salad full of freshness and flavor, followed by the Feta Cheese Turnover (new to me and absolutely drool worthy) and Burrata Frita— both were warm, crispy, and incredibly satisfying. The Paccheri Rabe e Sausage was a hearty standout, the sausage was delicious while the Short Ribs fell apart easily and melted in the mouth with rich, savory depth.

For dessert, the indulgence continued with the Chocolate Tartufo Affogato, Pistachio Tartuffo, and the decadent Chocolate Tiramisu (tiramisu was a showstopper )—each dessert was crafted to perfection and beautifully presented.

The specialty cocktails deserve their own spotlight—the Cherry Blossom was colorful elegant and refreshing, and the Safe Whisperer was exceptionally smooth and unique, the perfect way to round out the evening.

Every dish was crafted with care, service was attentive, and the atmosphere warm and inviting. Panebianco is more than a restaurant—it’s an experience I’ll be returning for again and again!

Wow!! 10/10 on all aspects. I wouldn’t change a thing. Our server Carlos was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. He even knew exactly which wine to pair with our food. He brought a sample to try before committing to a glass. Polite, timely, personable, and attentive.

Appetizer: artichoke hearts in the most dreamy cheesy lemon cream spread. Bread amazing. Pasta trio AMAZING. All bread and pastas made in house. Short rib was tender and delicious. Pistachio tiramisu ?! You betcha.

I’m a very particular dine-er and this place nailed it on every single aspect. 10/10 no notes.

The bill was also surprisingly fair.

We can’t wait to return and try more dishes!

The food was amazing, full of flavor, and you can tell they use fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is spot on—great music, great vibe, and a perfect balance of lively but not too loud.

The bartenders were super friendly and really knew their stuff. Drinks were top-notch! Service was fantastic too—attentive without being over the top. We will be back!
