We were visiting from out of town and are so happy we found this place! The service was very attentive, we received our food quickly and it was superb! My husband got the green curry with four star heat (he likes spice) and I had the spicy noodle with one star of heat and we were both extremely satisfied. Highly recommend stopping here whenever you get the opportunity!

What a gem in a small town! I hope they do well here. The owner was working and he was very nice and talked a bit about his business and how they procure the ingredients. All seemed very authentic, and was very tasty. Someone commented that the prices were high, but I certainly didn’t think so. It’s more than fast food, but certainly in line with what you’d expect at a restaurant like this. We did eat inside, and the seating was very limited, but nice ambiance. Wouldn’t hesitate to return when we’re in the area!

Lemon Grass not only has some absolutely delicious food and perfect service, but they were SUPER accommodating! We showed up with a group of almost 30 people, after attending a military burial service, and they stated they normally take reservations for groups of five or more, but graciously put tables together and basically let us take over their restaurant while we dined for at least a couple hours. The staff never once made us feel unwelcome nor did they rush us through our meal. The entire experience was extremely pleasant and we highly recommend Lemon Grass. Great food, great service and extremely accommodating; thank you, thank you!

Stopped in and had no clue what to order. But they explained everything to me and it was all excellent. Staff was very pleasant and helpful and ordered 5 meals and two apps. Food was fresh and authentic and they had it ready in 10 minutes. Thank you and will be back. Support local. 5 spicy Asparagus Seafood was the bomb.

Amazed how good the food was. We had been wanting to eat here, but found out it was closed on Saturdays. We finally were able to schedule a Friday night, and it was well worth it. Charming and quaint.. wonderful service and delicious dishes!

The menu is not your normal china cafe, I had seafood and asparagus stir fry. It had shrimp, crab, mussels and lots of apsara grassWonderfully tasty and they ask at what he level you want you food. I took a one not used to very hot food.. The brown rice underneath with the sauce was delightfully different from every other place. The service was super fast and explain things well, great service, good pricing.

Have loved this place since it was in West Des Moines. Pho, spicy garlic noodles, crab rangoon, everything I have tried I’ve enjoyed. They have changed to new potstickers for some reason, and they are horrible. When we went they had recently lost their liquor license, so be prepared to drink soda or water

My wife & I love Lemon Grass! We are more than willing to make the drive from Des Moines to Adel – its that good. We’ve tried a wide variety of their menu’s offering, and never been disappointed.
