I had never eaten Korean food before, and this restaurant made me fall in love with it. The staff kindly explained each dish and how to eat the BBQ with the wraps and sauces. I tried the galbi, and it was juicy, smoky, and unforgettable. The colorful lanterns and murals gave the place a lively, cultural feel. It was both a meal and a new experience.

Great Korean restaurant that offers wide selection of cocktails and food. Modern looks and very nice staff and good service.
The bulgogi was good but the portion is very small. The Seoul soul was very delicious, and also the peaches and cream were good.
If you happen to be in the neighborhood give it a try!

This place is actually really nice. It looks like it’s trying to modernize itself for the newer generation of people who wants to try Korean barbecue. Bear in mind this is not in all you can eat, it’s more of an à la carte. The prices are labeled and when I saw the menu looks like some of the food items are still coming up, it said coming soon. The atmosphere is really nice and it feels like you’re sitting down inside of a club. The hostess and our waiter was nice and accommodating. At the time that we were here, they provided $2 tequila or whiskey shots. That was really cool. The food was okay in my opinion. They were very small portion especially the bulgogi where you can get it in a bigger portion at other places like YD. They had other random foods such as a tater tot extra spicy chicken and spaghetti I would assume? Not really Korean BBQ but I’m assuming they’re trying to add more flair to the menu but all I know I would say it’s a decent place to try for the first time.

Arrived at around 430pm on a Friday so the place wasn’t busy yet. We were seated promptly. The server (Joseph) was knowledgeable about the menu which made ordering a breeze. Food & drinks came out quick. Food portions are worth the price. Wanted to try the Kimchi Pancakes but ordered too much food already. I’ll definitely be back to try the other stuff on the menu.

We visited Pocha House on a Saturday around 630/7. We got a table right away. There was a Kings game starting at 7, and they had the game projected on 2 side walls as well as playing on a few TVs behind the bar. Our waitress (and all staff) were super friendly. We ordered the Spicy KFC which were fried spicy chicken wings with a side of cabbage salad and pickled jalapeños. The wings had the best fry I think I have ever had on a piece of chicken and the sauce was an even balance of spicy, sweet, and super flavorful. We also ordered Fire Booty Booldak. Spicy chicken on a bed of tater tots with torched cheese. Not only did the dish arrive piping hot, but they torched the cheese table side. The chicken was really tender, and it was a great combo with the tater tots and melt cheese. This was a great place for a weekend date night. It wasn’t too loud to chat, but we also got to watch the game. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely delicious! The soy garlic wings were crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Loved the sides too — especially the pickled radish. Great portion and worth the price!

This was a great cozy late night experience. The food was good and the service was great. The TTEOKBOKKI could have used more rice cakes, but the flavor and spice was good. The ODENG TANG was my personal favorite, just giant fish cake in a yummy broth. The VOLCANO STEAMED EGG was delicious as well.

Get here soon, because this spot is sure to be a hit! Great food, stellar vibes. Here’s the run down:
Vibe –
Went at around 6 on a Friday and sat at the bar in the front room, but there’s also a more bar-like bar in the back that looked cool. There were still a few 4- and 6-top tables open when we got there (and they offered them to us), but since we only had 2 people, we didn’t want to take up the real estate.
Drinks –
We got beer (Knee Deep’s Breaking Bud IPA, but they had a decent selection on tap). They also have a lot of great looking cocktails that I can’t wait to try!
Food (Pro-tip: order the corn cheese and then put it on top of everything else!)-
Corn cheese – it’s basically like canned corn with shredded cheese on top (mozzarella maybe?) and they torch it table side. There was also a version that comes with crushed hot Cheetos on top.
Mandu – deep fried beef dumplings that taste a lot like a really good egg roll. They come with a soy dipping sauce that is a perfect amount of salty balance
Kimchi pancake – okay, I am a white lady who was raised in the Midwest and to my eternal shame, I have never really liked the funk of kimchi. But this kimchi is very light on the funk, heavy on the sour, and just enough heat to fulfill that craving without making you feel like you’re destroying your insides. Also comes with soy dipping sauce
Bulgogi fries – the shining star of the meal for me! French fries topped with bulgogi, green onion, kimchi, and a couple sauces. It’s not overly loaded down, so the fries stayed crispy. The sauces really reminded me of the bulgogi nachos from TaKo (RIP ) which I would get hella cravings for.
Recommendation for the menu – please make a nachos version of the bulgogi fries! Sub fried wonton chips instead of fries and put corn cheese on top! Would be a perfect sharable bar snack!!

The food and holiday drinks at this place are sooo good!! The hot cheetohs corn cheese and bulgogi fries were delicious I will definitely be going back and ordering both of them again! Super cute atmosphere with the holiday decorations, but I especially love their LED signs and overall setting. I heard they have a DJ who plays exclusively r&b and hip hop on Fridays and Saturdays, so I’ll be returning next week to check it out! The music they played tonight on a Thursday was perfect already so I’m excited to see what their dj has in store!
