This location is a complete joke. I was charged for the Kidsmania Ooze candy and never received it, and somehow a medium pizza turned into a small. How does that even happen?
I’ve been calling for OVER TWO HOURS and every time I’m dumped on hold for 10+ minutes with no answer. No manager. No employee. Nothing. Just silence while they keep my money.
What’s embarrassing is that I got a faster response from my DoorDash driver than from the store that screwed up the order. That’s how bad their customer service is.
If you can’t fulfill orders correctly or answer the phone when you mess up, you shouldn’t be taking online orders at all. Overcharged, missing items, wrong order, and zero accountability.
This Casey’s clearly does not care once they’ve taken your money. Avoid this location unless you enjoy being ignored and ripped off. The manager Clasete, is rude, turns the other way and ignores customers. somebody like that should clearly avoid retail as a job. And if you call and she doesn’t like what you got to say she’ll hang up on you. Very unprofessional. I’ve attached pictures of the order, the size of the “MEDIUM” pizza, and how long I’ve been waiting for CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Casey’s food is always good. Have been quite disappointed with the car wash subscription, however. The car wash seems to be frequently closed down at the Albert Lea location. I have a car wash subscription. I was excited on 12/30/25 as the car wash appeared to be operational. As I pulled in, I noted that rather than going to a stop light, the lights flashed back and forth between stop, backup, and even occasionally pull forward. No amount of backing up and pulling forward seemed to remedy this and I backed out of the wash. I notified the clerk that the car wash was apparently not working (again). Based on the lack of any sort of expression on her face I can only assume that this is a frequent complaint. I was told that this is because people pull too far forward too fast and sorry. Am I to assume that I am one of the”people” she referenced? There was no offer to put the wash back onto my account or anything. I assure you I did not enter the car wash at an excessive speed. Safe to say after 30 plus years of driving I have been through a car wash or two and have never had this sort of issue until Casey’s Albert Lea. I went around and tried it again as the car wash appeared to have reset. I used my second subscription car wash of the day and tried it again. The results were the same- lights flashing all over the place and no audible stop buzzer. This time I videoed my entrance into the car wash to document that I was doing nothing unusual that would result in the car wash not working. One could surmise that whatever malfunction kept it closed for half the month probably was likely occurring at this point. All this to say, I’m disappointed that the car wash subscription has not been the convenience or deal that it should be. Secondly, I am less than impressed with the overall customer service received at this location. Customer service reached via the app has been quite good in my experience.

I love Casey’s pizza and I always have, the customer service though isn’t great, one lady got mad at me because she couldn’t hear me and basically said it was my fault, so she then had to get another lady and she was worse! Constant attitude and no one was welcoming at all! Any other Casey’s I go to has amazing customer service. Everyone seems like they hate their job here and doesn’t want to be here. They 100% need to work on that.

Pickup time is never right you show up on time or even 5 mins late and there just throwing the pizza in now be another 10 to 15 mins. People do have things to do and its just a huge inconvenience.

Ordered a taco pizza and this is how i got it. Called them and the ey denied to replace it. Nastiest taco pizza ive ever got. Do not recommend

I love Casey’s. But if you order anything for pickup do yourself a favor and add 15 minutes to the pick-up time.
They never get an order out on time….

I recently filled up on gas and purchased a car wash which I found out to be out of service. This is not usually a big deal but there is no out of service sign, there is a sign blocking access but it’s just advertising the car wash. In addition to that if the car wash is not available then the option at the pump should be disabled until it’s ready. I have a month to redeem my car wash code but I don’t think anything will be done in time.
Also the icee frozen drink machine seems to be out of order too, this is starting to get on the level of the McDonald’s ice cream machine. This is a few months old.

If your out of dipping suace dont wait till the oder is going out for delivery to call and let the customer know. You sold 5 cups online but you had none on hand you should fix your inventory problems or put a out of stock notice so people can decide not to order. And get a better selection of suaces you don’t need 4 hot suaces, a little verity would be nice.

Stopped by and there was no soap in the men’s bathroom. I told an employee, who retrieved a bottle for me. Stopped by again the next day, and there was once again no soap. Again, an employee (the same one) retrieved a bottle. The first day, most of the ready to eat hot food items were 1-2 hours past sellable condition, as per the sell by time printed on the packaging. The second day, there was only one item available, which was also past the sell by time.
