Salad is ridiculously small. Lettuce is cheap, come on! This is almost $8 and this is what I got. I don’t expect more expensive ingredients, but I did expect more lettuce without asking for extra! This looks more like your no bread bowl than a salad and I was sure that if I ordered a salad I would get much more lettuce! The ladies working there were super sweet and I don’t blame them cuz they’re probably told how to fill it!

We’ve ate here a few times for the most part it’s been good however this last time I sent my husband in to order and as soon as he walked in a lady immediately rolled her eyes at him and asked if he was there for a mobile order with an attitude she’s extremely rude and unprofessional there’s no excuse to treat anyone like that

Ordered at 7:30 to be delivered app still telling me that it’s being prepared. When I try to get help through the tracking option I get a number that has restrictions and when I call the store no one answers. It is now 9:00 and they are closed. But do I have my food!?! NO!!! **UPDATE** the app is now saying it was delivered yeah that a load of crap!!!!! While the tracking is still showing that is being prepared. The time keeps changing. I spent $32 on this order and because the subway app is showing delivered even though the tracking is showing preparing I can guarantee I will not get the money back!!!!!

Ordered online twice. Both times they didn’t send all of my order. Then tried to tell me I didn’t order that even after showing them the receipt. Then ordered a meatball sub and got 5 meatballs the size of a quarter on a foot long sub and very little cheese and marinara. More bread than anything. Sorry excuse for a Subway for sure. Worst one ever.

We order subway 3 or 4 a week their mobile service sucks the last 2 times we ordered it takes the order and cancels the order but yet it takes the money out from debit card and you can show them prove and yer they don’t want to make yours subs or put money back on your account in honesty they need new management there because they suck I personally will never eat there again !!!!

I made a mobile order. I clicked no on all the sides I didn’t want and apparently the app didn’t take, they even told me at subway the app is gimicky so they know it. They made my sandwich with everything on it so I went back to have it remade and they couldn’t just do the nice thing and remake it for me as a paying costumer.

Go to Albany Subway for all your catering needs! They take time for their customers. Monticello’s subway informs you they do not have time for you. Take your money to a business that actual cares for your needs. If I could do 0 stars I would. They have wonderful workers but need a better management team

Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. My husband ordered on the app last night for a pick up ($45 worth of food) at 630, they’re advertised as closing at 7pm. My daughter and I pulled into the parking lot at 640, all of the lights were off, there wasn’t an employee in the building, and doors were locked. My husband went up there after he got off work today to see if we could either get our money back or the sandwiches remade, the new owner told him that they couldn’t do the refund and wouldn’t remake any of the food. He literally gave us the sandwiches from last night after trying to argue and say they were there until 7. This is absolutely horrible customer service and we will not be spending anymore of our money at this location. I work in the food service industry, this is not how you treat the people that pay your bills. I will not be recommending this restaurant to anyone else in the near future.
