Not sure what about this restaurant is “fine dining.” The bar has TVs, there is pop music playing, and the host was wearing regular street clothing. Maybe it’s because it’s off season still but sheesh…
Overall: Service was painfully slow and the food was disappointing.
The food:
The caramelized onion hummus had a the ingredients plopped ontop of each other on a plate unceremoniously and honestly in an unappealing way. Quite a few of the olives had pits and the cucumbers were julienned thinly, not sure why, they’d have been better suited in nearly any other form.
The prime beef sliders had an overly charred outside, hard bun, and the “pork belly” was just a thick cut piece of salty bacon. The inside was fine. That’s the nicest thing I can say about those.
The pasta primavera was an exceptionally small portion with little flavor coming from the confit (which pooled at the bottom of the bowl). The pasta itself was nothing to write home about, and the vegetables were fine.
I would not come here again.

In the Westin next to the Village. Good food, the chicken Ceasar salad didn’t have a big punch of flavor. Branzino also ok. Chicken mezzo very good.
The brownie desert is large enough for four!

We had a really great meal here. Our server Bobby was really attentive to our needs and also helped us pick gluten free options and ensure the kitchen took proper precautions. The food and drinks were delicious, we had the ahi tuna salad, the fish of the day, and the lamb, with sides of mashed potatoes and wild mushrooms. All items were generously portioned. My only complaint really was that the lamb was a bit overcooked for medium rare. I’m sure if I’d said something they would have taken it back but I hate wasting meat. Some of the recent negative reviews I don’t think are accurate, at least for the dinner experience. We have been coming here for years and would definitely return.

Been coming here since 2007. The food (dinner) has become the worst in town last 2 years. This review is not about just one dining experience but after multiple visits. The food is always served cold, burned or undercooked. On multiple occasions they served the food 60 minutes after placing order. Soup is salty. Steak is served cold. Salads: worse quality vegetables. Order a beer and wait 35 minutes to get it. Save yourself the headache and money and go elsewhere. This is the opinion of several families in our group as well as the topic of conversation when we sit in the Jacuzzi with other hotel guests.

I had high expectations since it is located in the Westin, but I would NOT recommend going here for several reasons:
-The online menu is not what is offered; it was a completely different menu than online, not just a few changes
-All of the food for our table was cold
-Service was very slow (didn’t seem understaffed, 50% customer capacity in restaurant)
-We ordered two appetizers, but they only delivered the entrees
-My cheeseburger did not have anything besides meat and cheese; no lettuce, tomato, or pickles even though it is listed with those things on the menu.
Overall, I would not eat here again since it was very meh but the prices are comparable to a much better experience (think steakhouse prices for bad Applebee’s quality).

Food was fantastic as well as the service. We ordered the following:
-Grilled prime rib with potatoes and vegetables
– Deep fried calamari
The prime rim was delicious and well flavored. Definitely my favorite way to cook a prime rib.
Potato’s and vegetables were perfect.
The deep fried calamari was fantastic. Amazing flavor, I almost ordered two orders hahaha it was so good.
Drinks were great, I had a paper plane and the wife a lemon drop martini. Bartender is well skilled
As for our server Lisa she was amazing. She answered every question we asked about the menu. Her presentation of recommendations of dishes was great as well. My wife and I were extremely impressed with her professionalism. The dining experience with her was amazing. I highly recommend you request for Lisa as your server.

This is NOT fine dining. The only way you could think that is if you’ve only ever had Mcdonald’s and/or Taco Bell. The food is so not good for price point. I get better flavor and value from Applebee’s or Chili’s. Had the “prime beef sliders” for $22 and it came with two of them. They had “pork belly” in them. It was just a very thick piece of bacon that was so hard it crunched. So salty and unwelcome in a slider. I didn’t want to believe the past reviews. I would have had a better experience and so much better tasting food if I’d gone to McDonald’s or Taco Bell. I ordered some other food here too, but suffice to say that it also sucked. Don’t eat here. If you’re in the hotel, go out to eat or order delivery from another place.

The atmosphere at the Whitebark Restaurant & Lounge is very cozy. The fireplace, the open bar, and window seating. The food was tasty and the coffee was fresh and strong. A bit pricey but you are paying to eat at a hotel restaurant and the ambiance. The downfall is the extremely poor service. We waited to be approach to be seated until a line of customers formed and the woman behind us had to flag someone down. Once seated it took awhile for the server to come with menus. The food took a long time to come to the table and forget getting a second cup of coffee. We literally had to ask servers as they walked by our table. One server, in particular, had to have heard us but intentionally walked by. The couple who sat at the same time we did, had the manager come over so she could formally complain at how long it took to get her order and it was wrong. Could have been a poor crew this one day, I’ll offer that. But my review stays at a very low 3.

the flavor was off both times I ate there, a filet with cheese on it? Poorly cooked brocolini, salad just so so. If it wasn’t in the hotel, this place wouldn’t be open. And the price, whew!

Nice food, but I in ordering chicken wings, I understand they cut a single wing into several pieces, but expect a fair deal. The drum is the best part, but in my order of wings, got 8 of the 2nd joint but only 4 of the meaty 1st joint part of the wing. For the price- a ripoff.
