We ordered several plates of Quesatacos that were literally ready in 90 seconds. We also got the elote. Neither of them were anything I’d return for; in their defense, we were there at 2pm in the afternoon.
They must’ve had them prepared and quickly reheated. The meat was not tender at all; I’m not convinced it was even beef, it had the color and texture of pork.
The consome was good but not great.
If I hadn’t had so many great birria tacos elsewhere I might rate higher but this place was a 2 for me.
EDIT: The owner said I didn’t go to the right place below but you can see on the photos that it’s definitely the right place. The truck with logo are the first photo.
Ramen I ordered spicy but I didn’t think it was very spicy.
This location makes tacos and lonches of what they call “bistek” which is cow meat that has been grilled and diced.
They also make birria tacos and quesadillas and birria ramen. They ramen is those big bowl styrofoam cups. Birria is a type of cooking style that typically is lamb , but this place makes it with cow meat.
They also make corn in a cup that is dressed to have that Mexican corn type flavor where they add margarine, cotija cheese, chilli sauce, Mexican cream.
You’ll also need to know some Spanish to be able to order.
Everything tastes great, service is amazing and the atmosphere is wonderful
