This McDonald has a consistently delicious fish sandwiches and my children don’t get tired of eating them. the service is somewhat slow for a drive thru fast food service. I have not dined in the restaurant but the surrounding areas look clean.

If I could give no stars I would. This McDonald’s is the worst of all of them in Oro Valley. Basma, Carlos and another “unnameable” manager all worked 12/15/25 @ noon and treated every customer around me including myself extremely rude and unprofessional. They will not give courtesy, they do not have respect, they treat you like they hate you for coming into the restaurant. Than because they refuse to be professional together you get nothing but a staff that is less caring hence the rushes they never seem to tame, or the orders they never get right, or how they almost never give u the right drink! You will wait for an hour at lunch and they refuse refunds to your face!

Today is Friday and I came here to pick up a DoorDash order. Nobody greeted me upon entering. There was an older gentleman waiting asking for a decaf coffee nobody helped him. I let a girl know and she like yeah one second and she never came back to help, very poor customer service here at this McDonald’s .

We started picking up McDonald’s as a Friday tradition after soccer. Ordered my meal by calling out the number and asked for it to be a large size. All my years coming here whenever you order by the meal number that means the meal. The person on the intercom repeats my order and asking “did you want the meal or just the sandwich?” I get to the pick up window and they’re handing me medium size drinks. Kindly told the girl I had ordered a large size. She proceeds to show me my receipt says medium for the drink even though the fries say large. She tells me “oh when you order a large meal it comes with a large fry only but a medium drink. What?! Since when?! all my years ordering McDonalds I’ve never had to specify a large drink separate. The worst part wasn’t learning this for the first time. It was the shitty attitude of the girl at the window. Immediately defensive just because I pushed back a little on this apparently long standing policy on what a “large” meal means. No big deal, i will specify moving forward. Anyways, get home and this was how they placed my son’s fries in his happy meal. They really showed me. But this is the typical attention to detail you can expect at this location on First and Oracle. I will say this was the very first time however, they at least got our order right. No exaggeration. The very first time since we moved to this area in 2021.

Stopped here for a Daily Double. It is advertised as a sandwich with cheese. I had ordered one at another location and it came with cheese on it, as it should. But this is McDonald’s, so no. Mine came without cheese. Apparently this location’s “cooks” don’t know what’s included on their advertised sandwiches. I was only in the area for an appointment, and when I return in the future, I will NOT be coming back to this particular restaurant. It’s a simple sandwich. Learn what goes on it. ♀️

Repeatedly the employees at this particular McDonalds have shown themselves to be unwilling to provide the barest semblance of good service, the tiniest accuracy in filling orders accurately. Moreover the food is typically sloppily prepared or cold.

Literally gave me burnt fries! The fries were not edible at all, I went to the drive through 30 minutes before closing so once I returned home it was too late for me to call or return to get the order corrected.
