Everytime now going through drive thru it takes forever. I’ve been in the drive thru waiting 10 min and finally got to order. Only 3 cars ahead of me. Only 3 cars in the parking lot. Now waiting to get to the window another 5 min. I know people can be busy. Management needs to adjust.

I drove up to the drive thru and all the man said that was on the intercom was our system is down and to have a nice day. I came in and was able to use the kiosk and order food. This is something he could have been told to me. This was very unprofessional to represent the company. And he definitely needs to be fired. He definitely doesn’t need to work with the public. Also he doesn’t have a name tag to identify who he is. He’s about 5’7 black male. Weights about 250. Has waves and a hand tattoo on top of his right hand. And he has a trim beard which toacbells dress code you’re not supposed to have unless because of approved religious practice so he’s also out of uniform compliance. Tacobell you need to fire him.

foods usually really good but went through today and the lady at DT was SO rude. i work in customer service so i get when someone has a bad day so i try to be pleasant in drive thrus but this lady was so rude. she was short with me the entire time i ordered and when i asked her if they marked one of my burritos with a alteration she said its the one in special paper then slammed the window in my face and walked away. like… wth? i literally pulled over just to leave this review and i HATE leaving negative reviews… do better babe

This is why this Taco Bell is rated so low. I asked for extra cheese . You can barely see cheese in it and they gave me half the chicken other places put in the chicken soft tacos new menu. Absolutely ridiculous and don’t listen at all. What I’m paying $3.00 for lettuce and cabbage. So dissatisfying like always.

Absolutely terrible service. Don’t go inside to order food at this location. They only focus on drive Thru business at the expense of those who walk in. This has happened to me multiple times at this particular location on stop 12, and Madison Ave.

Every time I order at This location they mess up atleast 1 item. I order this time 7/10/23 this time they messed every item and wasn’t given receipt. Just wanted no spicy ranch and meat and cheese only on my items nothing crazy but lettuce and spicy ranch and rice are always on my items , if you have allergies definitely open your food before eating may end up with reaction due to orders being wrong !

Taco Bell is an amazing American institution. Food is hot and fast, most of the time. Fast and spicy eats for cheap. When it’s 3am and I’m so drunk a tiny dog talks to, me Taco Bell is home. Fast tasty and slappin like a cat fight. 10 outa 10 slaps.
