A cozy place with a great atmosphere. I sometimes stop by here when passing through. The staff are polite and pleasant. The coffee is delicious, as always. I can recommend it for a visit.

I stopped here on my drive to Seattle and was impressed from the moment I came in. Before I ordered, they asked if I wanted my order for here, and I was very happy that they served my drink in a mug! The drink tasted better that way too. I haven’t been offered that at Starbucks before and am very happy with this change (also for the environment). When I sat down, I had a choice of many very clean tables to sit at. Usually when I go to cafes, I have to clean the table even if it had technically been cleaned already, but here the tables were spotless. The music was very pleasant as well. Before I left, I used the restroom and appreciated not having to ask for a code or key. The restroom was very clean and well-stocked as well. This was Sunday January 26th at 2pm – I didn’t note the name of the person who took my order, but I do commend them for friendliness and for offering the mug for my drink!

My daughter order her usual drink online but somehow went wrong, we got there and as soon as she tried/tasted it, knew that it was not the usual, we say this to the guy there (sorry but don’t remember the name) and he was super nice and understanding and made a new one for my daughter. No questions just an exceptional service is what we got!

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks location. Every time I visit, my coffee cup is consistently only 3/4 full. On top of that, I’ve never been to a Starbucks where I was told that only paying customers could receive free water. I had just purchased two coffees and even offered to pay for the water, but the attitude from the drive-thru staff was unacceptable.

Please address this issue and improve the quality of service at this location.

I love all of the employees at this specific Starbucks! They always make my drinks to Perfection and they’re always upbeat and have amazing attitudes. I always feel appreciated and they always try to get to know me. I will always be returning custome to this amazing establishment

My sister and I were dropped off here while the husbands went and ran an errand. We ordered our drinks and also were wanting a water (it’s 80 degrees out). We got our drinks and a few minutes after I went back to up ask for our water. I was greeted by “do you need something” with an attitude attached to it. I then said “yeah we also ordered a water” she then grabbed the ticket that was ignored, and grabbed a tall cup filled it with water, saw the ticket said venti and took it off of the cup so that way she wasn’t at fault. This experience is why I no longer come to Starbucks. This company and the employees lack customer service skills. Don’t come here if you want to be respected. – coming from a barista of a local stand

I usually have great experiences at this Starbucks, but I wanted to share some feedback from my recent visit on 7/26 at 3:13 PM. My husband and I placed a mobile order just a few minutes before arriving. We understand that doesn’t give much time, and we weren’t expecting the drink to be ready right away.

When we got to the window, I was polite and didn’t express any frustration. However, the barista said, “For future reference, you should give us extra time to work on your drink before showing up,” in a very rude tone. I understood the message, but the way it was delivered felt uncalled for and unprofessional.

What really made the interaction uncomfortable was how she kept giving me death stares while we waited for the drink to be made. I hadn’t said anything rude or acted upset, so it felt unnecessary and honestly made the experience feel hostile.

I know working in customer service can be stressful, and I truly wasn’t trying to make anyone’s job harder, but a little kindness and grace can really go a long way.

Just like most Starbucks. This location is small and always pretty clean. I have no issues with the staff or the service. The biggest problem with this location is that the parking lot is small and the drive-through is usually long, so long that it blocks cars from using the parking lot (parking or getting out). During busy hours.

I have to say I was excited to try a salted caramel mocha Frappuccino but dang was that disgusting. My drink and also been sitting for a while already done but not put out at the mobile order station so I waited unnecessarily. And also ordered a pastry online and they had to refund it to me because they didn’t actually have it.
