They do not accept Subway coupons and when making your sandwich for full price they put very small amounts on your sandwich. I have been eating at subways for years and this is the worst one yet. Even after I asked if I was to be charged full price that they put the appropriate amount of items , they still put as little as they could get away with on my order. Do not go to this location on Morgan road. Subway has an ongoing lawsuit over this behavior.

I just want to take a few minutes to BRAG on this SUBWAY. THEY SET THE BAR EXTREMELY HIGH❤️❤️❤️The store is SO CLEAN, it’s actually SPOTLESS!!!! The customer service is TOP- NOTCH. THE bread is so SOFT and FRESH. The veggies are AMAZING. I feel like I’m eating FRESH VEGGIES STRAIGHT FROM THE GARDEN. The meats and cheese’s are SUPERB. I decided to try the Subway located in Morgan Village (Morgan Road), Bessemer, AL yesterday. The worse service I have ever received at any Subway I have ever gone to. The employees seem to decided what they want you to put on your order. Will not allow a person to pay for an upgrade. I will never go back to that Subway ever again. About a year ago the employees were great, but not now. Subway you can do better on who you hire.

I wonder how many other people got ripped off by this greedy store. If I could give this subway# 30470-0 “no stars” then I would. The same “Overcharging” $5+ happened to me twice like others that have been complaining here. But today (11/30/2017) on this last Ticket#1/A-134695 I was not going to let them get away with it. They had to call the manager and I had to wait 25 min. for the Greedy manager to show up. The manager was equally rude and looked at me meanly after I told him that this was my second time been inconvenienced and he was unfazed by that. I was not coming back then he rudely replied “so is up to you”. He did not care if I came back or not.. He kept repeating himself several minutes about the order been right thinking that I was going to budge but I did not.. Finally he said that it was a glitch on “the system” and grudged while giving me my $5 back. I wonder how many other people got ripped off by this greedy store. I’m NOT going back and I hope others don’t either.
