I ❤️ Waffle House and this one is great when I am visiting extended family. I am managing my A1c and the zero sugar waffle syrup is amazing. I also like their sausage patties. The service was too notch. Will go again when in the area.

The Crowley restaurant is clean, the waitresses, waiter, and cooks stayed busy.
The restaurant was crowded, but our waitress, Jean, was very efficient. She was polite and respectful. She got our order correct and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed.

My server was Jean. She was top tier she was spot on with hospitality food came out fast and very enjoyable!! My chicken was cooked perfectly my husband eggs was cooked just right and our drinks were refilled with no questions.

The new location in Eunice, LA has new and veteran crew working there, that is professional and courteous.
Mr Kevin Hazelton is the Executive Vice President who does the grill, serve the customers and delegates at the same time.
My server Cierra, was very polite, professional and attentative to her customers.
The mgmt is also professional and courteous to their staff as well as customers.
I especially like the coordination between mgmt and staff in getting customers taken care of.
Food was hot, fresh and cooked to the customer’s satisfaction.
I highly recommend the Eunice location.

Alright, hear me out with this review…I visited this location twice…the first day, I was ready to leave a one star review…the waiter was very standoffish, not interested in servicing customers, and acted as though I had caused him issues just by visiting…the food was very greasy and cold…I was given the bill and the waiter impressed that I needed to pay even though I had just got my food…I left wishing to leave a negative review…a few days later, walking past to find a place for dinner, I decided that it could t always be that bad…this go around, same waiter, different attitude…he was very interactive with his customers even striking conversation and laughing with customers…the food was amazing…I even text my family back home that it was the first meal that I had cleaned my plate since having left home two weeks prior…the place was really clean both visits…overall, I would visit again, but I’d be more careful what I ordered…not everything on the menu is worth trying…

I saw One of the woman chefs pinking her nails constantly and yes when she was prepping the food. She did wear gloves, but I did see her without gloves picking and then handing out sauce packets without washing her hands first which made me feel incredibly uncomfortable while I was there.

Looked clean, good service & server, except MUSIC WAS TOO LOUD! Servers were basically singing to every song. We used to go there all the time, when we went in we immediately remembered why have not been back in a long time. When going to eat people like to have conversation during their meal, having screaming music blaring at you is NOT conducive to that. I’m NOT going to Waffle House to listen to music! NOT GOING BACK!
