I ordered a paella entree for $100, drove 30 minutes to get it, only to hear they don’t have the order, the kitchen doesn’t make paella today, and I’m on my own. Nothing offered to me, just “I’m sorry, not our fault, there’s no one here to make your food”.
Now I have to drive back 30 minutes and find another place to eat.
Regardless I’ll never buy here again!
