We are at Don Meliquias for the first time tonight! It was SO good!! The restaurant was nice and clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The service was yummy and fast! My husband and I had the fajitas they were SO good!

First time visiting here. It had decent reviews. Unfortunately, I was not impressed. The rice and beans were pretty good. The spinach enchiladas were not. The reason was the amount of Yellow cheese used. My wife asked for the cheese in the side, but it still had too much cheese…and we were initially charged for a side of cheese. No big deal, let’s just talk to the server…it took too much effort to resolve, and the server was curt as the receipt was dropped off at the table for signature. If you love store bought flour tortillas and yellow cheese, this is your place… it is not my place.

We’ve been here a couple of times. The food and the service have always been good. This time I tried the bacon wrapped chicken with jalapeño. Very good. The appetizer cheese sauce with meat was also very good.
The only disappointment was the mango margarita: the flavor/syrup was NOT mixed in well at all.

Food was delicious and the waitress kept our drinks full. We frequent the one in acton but when we have to go to burleson we stop here to eat. Have never been dissapointed! My beef fajitas quesadia was perfect and my husband loved his chicken and beef enchiladas! Only problem was after we had left the restaurant and went to the grocery store, my husband realized his card was missing. Called the restaurant and they claimed they didn’t see it on the counter going out to the door. Someone else posted that they had the same problem… put the card on hold so Noone could use it. My husband never loses cards. Just strange. Food was good though

Tried this place for the first time with a friend on 12/9/25. Food was decent( I got carne guisada with charro beans and rice) service was good as well. My only complaint is they charged me for green salsa. I’ve never in my 30 years of life been charged for salsa at a Mexican restaurant to go with my food. It was listed in the receipt as “open food”so when I asked the server about the charge she then informed it was for the green salsa and no she didn’t inform me when I asked for it on the side. I didn’t like that but overall my meal was good and I would return.

Fantastic place for the more authentic Mexican style. 6 chairs at the bar if you want to sit there. It’s not loud and there is plenty of seating. On the menu, there is something for everyone. I had street tacos and they were delicious.

Hard to see it after dark, needs alot more lighting. Didn’t care for their food. Salsa ewww, carne guisada tasted like spaghetti sauce, kind of sweet & tons of fat. Will not be going back anytime soon.

Everything tasted terrible. The food was freezer burnt and tasted sour. Probably the worst food I’ve ever eaten. This place is robbing people calling it a restaurant. Shame on you. My friend almost threw up after taking one bite of the beans. The beans were definitely the worst. This place is a joke. Im so disappointed and angry they even exist.

Perfect salsa. My cheese Chile relleno and tostado were both wonderful. This place is run by the guy who managed the Pulido’s in Cleburne. Excellent service and very reasonable prices. It’s in the back of the building so you enter from the North side. Only been open a month. Try it.
