Mountain lodge and bar at the top of the lift at seven springs. The food is exactly what you would expect, good luck finding a table if the mountain is crowded. The line will take forever and your food will be cold by the time you sit down. You’ll run about $20 a plate, if you have an epic pass you’ll get a 20% discount on food. On a clear day there’s a beautiful view of the mountains and the lake behind the lodge.

The lodge at the top of the mountain at Seven Springs Resort is old school utilitarian.
Friendly people, great views, outside deck and indoor tables. A little dated? Maybe, but I found it a great place to stop in, warm up and have some lunch.

Food is way overpriced as it is on most resort property. The tahoe used to be a lot nice but they rearranged the seating so there is much less now than before and sometimes it isn’t even warm inside anymore. Anyway they can save a dime they apparently will these days.

Food, as with all Vail resorts, is expensive l. $20 for 3 chicken tenders and fries is ridiculous. However, the service is great, the views from the lodge are beautiful, and you can BYOF. Get there at 11am to grab a table for lunch.
