I’ve eaten a lot of burgers in my time, and this place has one of the best fast food burgers anywhere. Their clams are amazing too. Never miss stopping here when I’m passing through SA. Nice, friendly service too!

Yeah, originally suppose to go to Chester’s but we decided to go here instead. Big mistake. Asked the cashier what came on the burger and told her what we wanted. What he got was a joke. Took back to cashier and she just wanted to argue. Nice. Finally a manager comes out and sorts out the situation. Like Randy Jackson says

The people working here seem nice. Service was fast. We ordered 2 L10’s and they were just like I remembered eating a long time ago so it brought back good memories. What totally ruins my experience here is how bad the inside of this particular restaurant has deteriorated. First noticed the booth where the particle boards are crumbling and then we got our food and I just happened to glance up at the tv on the wall and then noticed all the dust on the lights and ceiling then holy crap the air duct!!!!! They look like they have mold on all of them right over our heads in the dining area. Not sure if I will be back just because of that alone.

Burger meat was gross, staff was nice but this store is run down. The bad review is mostly due to the burger, it’s frozen but microwaved, and fatty and moist. A weird mix of disgust I regret eating.

The bacon double cheeseburger was very delicious. Has a lot of mayo though for any of you that don’t like a lot. Great portion and the burger looks like the picture which is a rare thing compared to some places that show you a big fluffy burger only to bring something that looks like someone sat on it.
The staff is always friendly and of course the root beer floats are amazing.

Horrible service ( never even acknowldged our presence) filthy facility. Total lack of service, even with three stff members visibly present but ignored us completely. Another couple entered behind us and waited an left too when picture was cleared that no service would happen! I do not recommend at all.

We usually come here to enjoy some burgers but last time we went. The meat wasn’t the same. It didn’t taste like natural beef. It was frozen patties. Before i would of gave the food 5 starts but changing the meat its just not the same. Staff knows us and we always enjoy seeing them saying hi atmosphere is amazing

Probably the most underrated fast food in the US, I’ve never had a bad experience here. And the homemade root beer is too die for.
