The best Ecuadorian food in all of Connecticut can be found at El Palla. From the moment you arrive there, you feel at home. Their dishes are exquisite. Their service is incredible. I would come back here a thousand times more. I would give it a ten star rating if I could. Totally recommended.

Ordered through GrubHub. Got the ceviche de camaron and llapingachos with seco de carne. Absolutely delicious. Only dropped 1 star, I’m not sure if this is how it’s normally cooked but the beef was really dry.

The restaurant was clean, the employees were friendly and welcoming, and the food was fresh, DELICIOUS, and prepared right on the spot. Unfortunately, the only downside was that the first 3 menu items I ordered they didn’t have. The potato pancakes they only make on the weekends, no rotisserie chicken because their rotisserie was broken, and no chicken stew that day. While I was super disappointed about this, the meal that I ended up with was so good, and I am excited to go back to try the items I originally wanted to try!

They don’t use good quality of meat and seafood for their food. The prices match the quality but definitely could be better. Also more food on your plate doesn’t mean the quality is going to get better or the customer is going to be more happy. Try to use fresh meat and vegetables and the food would taste better and don’t put so much food on the plate. As business you would do better. Use FRESH product every day not frozen product. Customer can tell the difference.
