Took my dad here after church today. We both got bowls. The macro & keto. Let me tell you. They were amazing. I forgot to take a photo before, I was starving generous portions, fresh ingredients, full of flavor. 10 outta 10! Matt & his staff tonight were a delight to talk to. We will see you all soon. Pretty disappointed. I ordered food from the Guac Shop via Uber Eats. As we all know its pretty common that deliveries don’t always arrive how they were ordered. So I took the initiative to call in and talk to the manager the moment I put in the order. I told them there were some notes on the order that were important such as “no rice, no beans, no aioli, etc”. They said they will speak to the staff to make sure they read the notes and get it right. Well, when the order arrived, I quickly realized there was no guac on either burrito. I paid an upcharge of $3 for each guac add-on. I just don’t understand how guac can be forgotton at the “Guac Shop”. Thats like the main thing they advertise, its in their name, its why people order from them. Unfortunately I will never know what it tastes like now. Anyways, I called the manager back to let them know what happened and that I was aware that I need to contact Uber Eats to get it refunded. She did sound professional and said they will address this with staff, etc. but that was all, nothing else. Nothing was done to turn my frown upside down. I part ways with this restaurant as an unhappy customer. Anyone want a couple of guacless burritos?

1st visit: Excellent experience!! We were warmly greeted by Amanda & Yhanko. At these bowl places, I often find only 3 or 4 things to put in my bowl. I loved nearly every offering, lots to choose from! I typically find only 1 sauce I can maybe tolerate but at Guac Shop I loved all 4 sauces that I tried. Everything tasted fresh & I found out they prepare the food on-site, even the sauces are made in-house, daily (queso being the only exception). Don’t fret, because the queso was delicious. We got a very reasonable weekly deal & the value was fantastic (worth it even at the regular price). Saw a fantastic looking quesadilla being made; that’ll be my next meal quest. Floors, tables, chairs, windows, counters & serving area were all clean! ZERO ick-factor. (Sorry, had not used the bathroom to report.) Oh, and their loyalty rewards program is a definite must. Great program. No, I don’t own stock. Just glad to have found this place. Yes, yes, YES, please!

The best of both worlds when Mexican grub meets Middle Eastern When you enter the establishment; it was very well kept and the staff were welcoming. While taking our orders; the staff were attentive and patient (since we were new). The food was delicious and the price was affordable. Service was quick. They have some specials posted on the front door and inside, but I would recommend looking up their menu online. There is plenty of free parking and seating inside (as well as a few public benches outside).

We were hoping for a restaurant and almost turned around but decided to try it anyways. As soon as we walked in we were asked if we had been before and compared it to Chipotle but better. So now it’s game on we eat Chipotle a lot… well this place makes Chipotle look like McDonald’s… anytime we are in the area we will be coming to this place , 5 stars isn’t enough!

Wow wow wow! First let me just say the quality and freshness of the food is amazing! I went on taco Tuesday for dinner and the ladies working the counter were so friendly! Even though they were busy they both were smiling and it seemed that one was a manager training the other but that didn’t slow them down or change how they helped each guest. I am truly impressed! I will definitely be back to try other items! Thank you so much Guac Shop Bradenton! Can’t wait to share with his gem with my friends!

We had a great experience at Guac Shop! As soon as we walked in, the staff was very welcoming. They were willing to answer any questions we had and were very helpful with recommendations. The menu has a ton of options. When we finally ordered, we tried a couple of bowls as well as some of the chips and queso. Everything was fresh, packed with flavor, and made right when you ordered it. The staff was really accommodating to our requests to customize our bowls. The portions were generous, and the chips and queso were also great. We definitely have found a new favorite Mexican food spot, and would prefer this place over Chipotle and the other chains. We would highly recommend this place!

The owner and the staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly! On top of that the food is awesome. You can tell it’s high quality foods, tons of different options and sauces to mix up the variety. Hands down my favorite bowls in the area. Highly recommend to everyone.
