My wife and I stopped in excited to try a juice. We ended up getting smoothies and an açaí bowl.
It’s sometimes hard to find healthy food in Tahoe. We’re so glad to have found Thania’s. They tell you exactly what’s in each smoothie and don’t add unnecessary sugar. You really taste the fruit.

Thania’s Juice Bar is such a delicious little gem tucked into Christmas Tree Plaza. It’s one of my favorite stops in Incline Village when I’m craving something fresh, healthy, and satisfying.
My go-to is the Chocolate Monkey protein smoothie—it’s incredible. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Everything is organic, with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, and the fact that so much is homemade, including the almond milk, makes a big difference.
It’s the perfect place for a quick, nourishing stop whether you’re heading out for a hike, coming back from the beach, or just want something clean and energizing. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a breakfast, lunch, fresh juice or smoothie spot in North Lake Tahoe.

Love this place. Small family run business and all are extremely friendly. I am hooked on the chocolate monkey smoothie. Great for breakfast or lunch. Pretty extensive menu for a small place and eveything we had was great. We went 3 times in our week in Incline and will certainly go again when we get back.

My daughter and I stopped in for a treat, we left with an incredible experience, and probably one of the best smoothies I’ve had in my entire life! I ordered the mangoneada and my daughter ordered the matcha smoothie. The mango smoothie was out of this world, it came with a chamoy straw (home made tamarind & tajin candy) which was sweet, savory, and spicy all at once. The mangoes were fresh and although I originally thought it was on the pricier side, I understood why after one sip. The drink is really a complete healthy dessert. The owners were so nice and told us about their family expanding their business in midtown Reno. Definitely check Thiana’s juice bar, you’ll be glad you did!

What a wonderful gem! I am so glad I chose to stop in during our trip. They are located in strip of other shops, with a parking lot which is huge plus in this area. I got an acai bowl, a latte, and took two bottled juices to go. Everything was great and clearly made with so much love and care. Ultimately, the staff is what makes this place so special. You will leave this space feeling better than when you entered. I told everyone I know already to stop in if they are in the area, and I hope the local community knows this place is the place to be!

This is one of the best discoveries from my trip to Lake Tahoe. Everything they make is fresh, I particularly love the detox juice and pitaya bowl but my husband and his friend ordered sandwiches and they liked it. The bathroom is clean which is always appreciated. This is a hard working bunch and they also provide great customer service. If you’re looking for a clean healthy place to eat or drink, and also give your digestion a break while on vacation.. I truly recommend this wonderful place.

Run by the sweetest people ever and everything is delicious. The prices accurately reflect the super high quality of the ingredients they use. I just visited before they closed and saw how detail oriented they are with cleaning the kitchen too. 10/10. I’ve been twice and will be back whenever I’m in incline!
