Ordered at 10:30pm. Simple late night craving. Just ordered one Italian sandwich nothing extra from the drive way, and whoever was working decided to destroy the sandwich for no particular reason. Not even worth it after taking them off since it’s completely soggy. We did nothing but order and pay for our food :/. Whatever fustration your have isn’t work destroying a customers order that they payed 14$ for.

Don’t know what is going on at this subway, but my sandwich had a weird taste like the ingredients were spoiled and covered in salt I could only eat approx 1/4 of it, and left a bad taste, hope I don’t get sick!

Went to subway had the worse experience and normally we go there all the time and they make it right but today this lady who moved slow and can’t hear made my snadwhich wrong she didn’t put lettuce in the sandwich, she wrapped them terrible ,and when I told her to put a lot of honey mustard on one of the sandwiches I got three by the way she didnt care and wrapped the sandwhich horribly WORST EXSPIERNCE EVER!!!

I placed an online order and it got canceled. I called the store and she was rude immediately and knew exactly what i was calling about. She said she canceled my order because they were slammed. And then I ask about my refund and she just transfers me to someone who has no clue what they are even talking about. They don’t care about their service and just said I would get a refund within a week. This is terrible service.

I will make sure that the lady who is working on April 16 2025 at 7:00 a.m. will lose her job. As soon as a customer arrived she was just standing there on her phone instead of actually helping customers. Y’all come see Mr. Paul he was very sweet and cheerful! Also, he made my sandwiches as requested (i ordered through the app and asked for the onions and green peppers to be toasted with the meat and cheese) and everything tastes fresh and delicious!!!! He even called me to let me know they didn’t have honey oat bread and asked which other one I would like!! I will definitely be back next time I’m in Seguin!!

When I drove up to order there was 1 car in front of me. A few cars were in the parking lot but it didnt seem crowded. From order to getting my food was more than 20 minutes. As I sat at the pick up window it was obvious that the line inside wasnt moving. Super slow service. I ordered lettuce and spinach I only got lettuce. I wont go back there.
