This was good but very difficult to find since there are no signs outside for this! It is located inside the Ocean Landing Resort & Racquet Club. The food was very good! The pancakes were unique and delicious. We had the bloody mary which was also good! Great homestyle breakfast. The bartender was our server and also the chef. He was great.

We found this place after a quick Google search for restaurants near us. It is a small area that also has outdoor seating and is run by one person. Olivia is awesome and makes everyone feel welcome. She cooks, serves and makes all the drinks. The food and drinks were awesome! We will definitely come back!

Hidden gem in cocoa beach for the breakfast all day. Rachel and Heather were welcoming and delightful. The service is attentive, friendly, and fast. Breakfast is affordable and straight forward. Space is quaint with old relics and soulful music. Nice bar seating and high tops inside, plus some outdoor seating.

A little pub inside Ocean Landings Resort And Racquet Club office building. Olivia was a wonderful server and cooked our food just right. We had wonderful hamburgers with all the stuff except a bun. We don’t eat fries, so can’t make any comments about them. They were very good! She is very personable and we really enjoyed it. It’s just a little pub nothing fancy.

Good food fast! They even do beach/ pool side deliveries (by Ocean’s Landing Resort) if you give them a call. Full bar. The dining area is a little cramped currently.

Came here because the reviews were so good. There were only 4 others there when I arrived. I ordered a bloody and had to ask twice for it to actually come as it has been forgotten. It also was just vodka and bloody mix, no shrimp or bacon like all the reviews mentioned. Server talked to the regulars and didn’t pay attention to the other tables, no water refills. Sad to say I was disappointed here and would not come back.
