Service both at the drive-thru and inside is fast and the employee are EXTREMELY friendly and always greeting you with a smile! You’ll never know if they are having an “off” day. There is always laughter amongst them BUT they are always pumping out the orders and for me in my experience there has never been a wait any longer than 4 minutes if that. This Starbucks has easily become my go to because of that fact. Whether I’m coming home from an overnight shift at 0700 or I need a quick pick me up, I know this Starbucks is right down the street from me in Mirada.

I ordered a strawberry açaí lemonade with no inclusions and light ice and they made my drink incorrect, with no ice and inclusions. I kindly asked if they could remake it and they gave me attitude. They made it again and made it incorrectly again. I didn’t want to be a inconvenience because they made it without the ice, so i was going to just ask for a cup of ice and the worker took it out of my hand and gave it to the girl who made it and she was very rude about it. She rolled her eyes and mumbled something. I don’t recommend coming here, terrible customer service.

Ordered the same drink that I always get from other locations, grande white chocolate mocha. Ordered today from this location and I don’t know what the heck they gave me because it sure didn’t taste like my normal drink. There was not even a hint of espresso and it tasted and looked more like a steamed milk with white chocolate sauce. You could see little oil bubbles floating in the cup which let me know that it was mostly steam milk. I wont waste another dime at this location because its either your sitting in line for 15 min or they get your drink wrong. Curled rd starbucks do better.

Asked for flat white, waited a long time while the person making the drinks were goofing around and looking at their phones to get hot milk with a hint of coffee. Went back to get it fixed and the cashier said it’s supposed to be like that when I get the same drink multiple times a week and this was definitely made wrong. After insisting, they added a shot of expresso which still wasn’t right. This store needs better supervision or the complaint list is gonna keep growing.

Relaxing environment. Great coffee and they gave me a free refill of the hot Guatamalan coffee which was nice. Was able to hang out and talk to a friend no problem. Music is somewhat loud but not too much so it’s easy to carry on a conversation.

Super great experience. Enjoyed our coffee and tomato mozzarella panini. Super good. There was a sweet girl who took our order 10:30 am but don’t know her name. Then some one wrote you rock 🙂 on my cup which I thought was really cute and made my day.

Ordered an iced Chai tea latte. As often happens when the Baristas are busy, I received Lee’s than full pumps of chai concentrates. When delivered, the drink had the appearance of a glass of milk and had only a faint taste of Chai. The good news is that when I informed a Baristas of the problem, he added more chai concentrate without question. The bad news is that this happens more often than it should.
