Lunch combination is fine for the price. You get a good portion of food. The rice doesn’t taste like much. Had to add a packet of soy sauce to it. The chicken quality was fine. The sweet and sour sauce was fine, but unbalanced in flavor.

You know when they say old Chinese restaurants slaps, this place does! I live very close by this location and I am beyond glad I do because their food and service is quick and amazing. I was ordering from DoorDash but the lady at the resturant told me to just call because DoorDash will charge a service fee -_- and they will not.
Anywho, my go to meal is the Shrimp Foo Young, I love the curry gravy and how nont greasy the Foo Young is. There were many places in my past that would serve up a nice dish of oil with their Foo Youngs and thin gravy but I appericate the fact the dish is not heavy and the gravy does have flavor to it.
Those saying that the egg drop soup is tasteless, you know you’re suppose to add a bit of soy sauce for flavor. In my opinion, my soup was hot, fresh, and good.
Overall, this place is good and reminds me of a joint I use to go to while living in NYC. Yum – Yum, I will be back for more food!

The place was small and empty but it was near closing time and very clean. The options were very typical of Chinese American cuisine. I ordered general tsaos chicken and fried dumplings. The dumplings were great and the chicken was good. I personally don’t know why I ordered general tsaos because I’m not a big fan but I would come back and try it again. The sauce was just too sweet for me. I’ll try again and update this.

Every meal has been delicious and plentiful . On occasion I have had guests and they were happy with their meals also .
The family that owns and operates this wonderful restaurant are always kind and pleasant .

My favorite thing ever is crab Rangoon’s, I’ve tried them everywhere but these ones are the worst I’ve had, the texture was alarmist like a moose or pudding texture and way too sweet. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but i don’t want anyone else to waste their money.

I have been on the look out for a new Chinese restaurant since my move to MI. I have tried several and was highly disappointed as I know Chinese in the north is quiet superior to Chinese in the southern United States. I have been frequenting another restaurant close by; however, decided to give Jay’s Ding Ho a try and boy was I happy I did. I ordered the General Chicken Dinner combo with chicken fried rice. The chicken was well done and the sauce spicy yet sweet. The fried rice was everything from no grease to wonderful flavor. The egg roll that came with it was honestly the best egg roll that I have had since moving up here. This is definitely my new go to Chinese place.

The place was nice and cozy with an great atmosphere. I ordered the general two chicken and it was nice, sweet and spicy with the perfect breading! I heard it’s best to get it during the weekends cause that’s when it’s cooked fresh! The rice was soft and the soup was rich as well, 100% coming here again!
