I had a pleasant experience here a couple of days back when I ordered the tuna subway. The girl working there I assume a student was very helpful in guiding me to choose what to have. I had some issues ordering through the app but she helped me order it and was very patient with me. I live a little far from this place and have other subway choices close by but I will definitely choose this and drive far for their service.

I had a great experience at this Subway! The customer service was excellent, and the front staff member was extremely helpful in guiding me to choose the perfect sandwich. He was friendly, patient, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. The store was clean, the food was fresh, and the overall service was outstanding. I definitely recommend this Subway to anyone looking for a great meal and great service!

I’ve been getting my bread toasted the same way at other Subway locations and it always turns out perfect. However, at this location my bread consistently comes out rock hard. Even when I specifically ask for it to be toasted lightly, there’s no difference. The last three times I’ve visited, my sandwich was so hard I couldn’t even bite into it, making it inedible. My husband also left more than half of his sandwich because it was too hard to eat. This is the closest location to me, which is why I keep coming back, but at this point I would rather drive a few extra miles to another Subway where I can get an edible sandwich.

The food is generally well made. The issue is, don’t get anything before 12PM as they tend to serve you yesterday’s stale bread and cookies. When this happened to me, each time they told me to contact subway support instead of fixing the issue. They make the bread and cookies in house so it seemed like a delay tactic.

Staff was nice and food was ok, but the place is falling apart. The bathroom was absolute filth and the light didn’t even work. Not sure how people are supposed to enjoy their meal in such a cheap location. It shows owners don’t give a crop about their business, just that it gives them money.

Not a good showing of a subway. Now, don’t get me wrong, I don’t hold subway to any sort of a high standard, but this location was having a ROUGH day.
I went in about 12:20 and didn’t really get finished ordering for nearly 15 minutes. That is too long for a Subway.
There were two employees, which in general is plenty…but not when one is in training and is having a difficult time understanding the orders. They were trying their best but even the people ordering had to help out and point to the items they wanted. I could tell the other employee was getting frustrated, thinking it would be easier for them to do it themselves.
But I eventually got my good and it tasted like subway, which is good.

The meat seemed undercooked it made my stomach hurt right after, vegetables don’t look fresh at all and the break was soggy. Just not good to eat the people there were nice though but wouldn’t come back .

This subway is AMAZING – highly recommend! They were able to accommodate a large order of subs on the spur of the moment and even threw in complementary dippers! Restaurant was extremely clean – service was fantastic – 30 foot longs ready in 20mins! If you need great subs for one or for a large group this is your go to spot!

Conventional thinking is that every Subway restaurant is the same. Not true. The Subway at Broadlands is one of the best I have ever dined in! It was clean and fresh looking in every respect. I really like the soft lighting used instead of the bright white lights. The special touch is the small heart-shaped artificial plants on each table–I have never seen these at any other Subway. Thanks for making my meal enjoyable when I traveled out to your area over the holiday weekend!
