Farm to table FRESHHH! Dishes were hot and the ingredients were locally sourced and notably fresh and clean. Vegan options available too! I recommend you call ahead for reservations as the restaurant is cozy and quaint with a charming and cheery atmosphere. Limited seating in door with some seating outdoor, which can get chilly. Two thumbs up for sure!!

This place is a gem. Definitely recommend, such a cute date night spot. I’m vegan and my husband isn’t but there were delicious options for both of us. I had such good curry and his pizza he said was one of the best he’s ever had. Even the herbal tea was incredible! Our only critique would be adding fresh strawberries to top the strawberry shortcake dessert. We will definitely be back!

Great place to eat. Definitely call ahead to make reservations, their hours of operation only allow for so many customers. Meals were delicious, my wife and I ate gluten free two different times there while on the Big Island. Definitely worth a visit. We loved the flourless cake, gluten free pasta (meatballs were hand made and had gluten in them).

Cutest little place! You can tell they really take the time to make your food pretty and it’s really tasty too. We were in a hurry and everything came out fast and hot and beautiful.

Great place for lunch or dinner. They have a limited menu, but the good quality is excellent. The desserts are huge and to die for. I will go again.

Delicious food! The lumch menu changes daily per the preferences of the chef. Great service and a very cute atmosphere. Will definitely be returning. The desserts are also delicious and are homemade everyday!

Just off the highway, the Strawberry Patch is a healthy and fresh place to stop for a meal. The food was great and service was genuine. It was worth the stop.

We had our wedding catered by Amelia, and was a little nervous since we were doing a destination wedding and could not do a tasting in advance due to our time constraints. She definitely exceeded our wildest expectations, the food was amazing, her staff was very professional and kind. Our guests can’t stop talking about the food, my maid of honor’s boyfriend said it was his favorite part of his whole week in Hawaii! We definitely recommend her catering!

What a gem! We had an amazing dinner here with delicious appetizers and great curries. There is great patio seating as well as lots of space indoors. Service was wonderful and welcoming. We will 100% be back and recommend to family.

Bottom line: don’t bother, one of the worst dining experiences on the island, including fast food. Full review below.
Having passed this quaint looking eatery many times, we decided to finally give it a try. Saturday night, after the dinner rush. Got a table right away but didn’t see our server for nearly 30 minutes after she set down our water, meanwhile the table next to us (the only other occupied table in the room) was doted on hand and foot by the other server, who steadfastly ignored us, even after attempting to get her attention. I’m all for relaxed dining, especially on island time, but when they make eye contact with you and walk the other way, we’re no longer talking island time. They were seated 10 minutes after us and had their food before we had even ordered. The menu was disappointing at best, with nothing remotely reflective of the incredible surroundings. We hoped that even if it wasn’t quite what we are used to, the promise of locally sourced ingredients and fresh fare would be delivered on – oops, another disappointment. The only thing that tasted remotely fresh were the greens in the salad – everything else taste straight from the Costco down Kailua way. To finish it off, the bill would indicate we had enjoyed a quality, friendly, fresh fine dining experience, none of which could be used to describe what actually transpired.
