It’s a busy restaurant on a weekend. The pizza is OK. $5 a slice is a bit pricy for the quality. The staff is quick efficient but not very friendly. There are not chairs to sit, only high tables to eat standing up outside. There is no free parking in the area.

Service today was very poor. The employee who checked me out handled the pasta with her bare hands and no gloves. Several noodles were scraped across her hands. When I said I no longer wanted the food because it had been touched, she became irritated and dumped the pasta back into the pan.
This felt unsafe and unsanitary, and I’m concerned for anyone who may have been served from that same pan afterward. None of the employees were wearing gloves, and the attitudes were unprofessional. There was also no greeting or basic customer service, especially disappointing on Christmas Eve.

I would like to choose to get a Sbarro’s juicy NY style pizza slice when I want some fast food at Easton. Their pizzas are juicy and come out from the oven fast. I like the supreme pizza the most because of its various toppings. Salads and pastas are also available.

The hostess named Dawn charged me for the fountain soda that was part of the combo meal I ordered. The credit card swipe didn’t work for 5 minutes and u had to continually swipe and finally someone came to input the information manually. I need to check my bank statement now to make sure I wasn’t billed multiple times. Our favorite pizzeria was closed today and this was where we ended up buying pizza. Sigh

The service quality at the Sbarro is incredibly poor and does not represent Easton Town centers standard of service. Rude staff who hate their jobs and will do anything possible to give Easton patrons a negative experience. When ordering the disgruntled staff will stare at you with no greeting or even asking what you would like to order. Cashier will have an attitude when asking for a bag. He will also shake his head and demand a patron speak up louder. This type of behavior completely goes against both Sbarro and Easton Town Center standards of service quality. I would highly recommend management re-educate their staff on proper customer service.

Some of the employees need an attitude adjustment. In particular the employee named DShawn. He is always so rude and grumpy. He lacks professional hospitality.

This place is amazing my friend’s card declined and the cashier paid for all of it. The pizza is really good. It’s not frozen you see the pizza where the pizza is made.

Pepperoni Stromboli was cold. It tasted wonderful, but the reheating was definitely insufficient and I didn’t notice it before walking out, as the exterior felt nice and hot initially. On first bite, the exterior was still very nicely heated and crispy, but by the time I was half way through even the exterior was getting cold. The inside wasn’t quite refrigerator cold, but it was not even luke warm. I think it would be exceptionally good if effectively heated. Counter service was fast, and mostly accurate (they forgot one of the items I ordered) and the side salad seemed fresh.
Perhaps the heating system they have works well on their pizza slices. Not sure. However, for the Stromboli it didn’t even come close to warming the inside. Again…the taste was excellent. Much better than I had anticipated, to be fair. I think it would be fantastic for taking home and heating there.
