Drunken noodles seemed to be cooked well, but they were too salty to eat. Pastrami is an interesting choice, would have been fine if they weren’t so salty.
Orange chicken was good, cooked well and crispy. Ramen noodles were okay, but also overall dish was very salty.

We got the drunken noodles. The flavors were unique and the food was good. A little bit over salted. The service was not super great. We went to order and the gentleman said “scan the QR code to order” as though he was annoyed. We scanned and went to order and it was a super annoying process, you had to give them your phone number and email to order. Honestly not a fan of this method of ordering.

This place has potential! We love Provisions and are excited to see how this evolves.
Loved the use of the wok, great wok hay – but you’ve got to move faster. Green beans were over sauced and soggy, not inedible though.
Drunken noodles were SO salty. The sauce is good but needed half the soy sauce (and I’m Asian and soy sauce is a condiment at my dinner table like salt and pepper). Also the noodles were slightly mushy.
Loved the cucumbers!!
The “pork ramen” was really more of a shoyu ramen with chashu, not tonkatsu. Good noodles, AMAZING dumplings!! The ginger in them was nice and filling fantastic jammy, marinated egg, Chashu was over salted but cooked well and juicy. The shitaki mushrooms were also over salty- probably rehydrated in the broth instead of water and added. Love that they have bamboo.

Really impressed with this new ramen bar. The bowls are packed with flavor, the noodles are great, and the whole place has a fun vibe. It’s an awesome spot if you’re looking for a ramen bar.
I tried a couple of their signature bowls and everything tasted fresh and well put together. Super friendly staff, quick service, and solid portions.
Definitely one of the best places for ramen. I’ll be back for sure.

The food was good. But I cannot believe that after having difficulty finding this place, buried within city hall, they choose to not have anyone running the till, force you to use your phone to scan their app to open up to freaking toasteez or whatever, which is glitchy, to order online and then make us enter our own debit card number in if we don’t have it set up via google or apple pay, is insane. Not to mention it defaults to a 20% tip when there is 0 human service, and it took half an hour to get us our two bowls of food.
Will never return. Don’t open a business in the service industry if you don’t plan on offering service.

Pretty cool little spot, had to check this place out. Not too bad for the price. Had the pork bell ramen noodles and fried green beans. Wish the green beans was cooked a little longer. Good customer service. Due to construction going on. Be a little patience with staff. I only saw person working the kitchen and putting an order in. Is all done by QR code. Just a heads up.

Multiple options on the menu sounded great! Loved the creativity with the flavors.
The flavor of the drunken noodles was excellent, but unfortunately the noodles were undercooked making it not very enjoyable to eat. My party also got the orange chicken and the ramen, both of which were excellent.
I look forward to trying more options, and hope to give the drunken noodles another try.

Had a wonderful experience at Noodlehead tonight! The potstickers were a crunchy texture in a sweet, spicy, sticky sauce. The chicken ramen was so flavorful – I loved the grilled, seasoned chicken versus the usual pulled chicken. The Khao Soi had a little kick with so much delicious curry flavor. The noodles were thick and chewy- just like they should be. We will be back!! A must try.

Noodlehead was a great find when we were looking for some yummy noods. We tried the khao soi and pork ramen – both were delicious, generous in portion, and excellent value for the price. The meats stood out: tender chicken in the khao soi and flavorful pork in the ramen. Everything was clearly made to order, fresh, and worth the short wait. Overall, a satisfying meal we’d happily come back for.
