If I could do more than five stars on the Service, I would! This was my first time visiting, and it was the #1 best interaction I have ever had at a Dunkin in my life. All the employees were super sweet and super nice! I just cannot express how awesome they were and how they made me feel. I just went for a coffee and some bagel bites and left with the most wholesome memory for my daughter. Thank you guys!!

I don’t understand why the donuts are sitting right next to the drive through window where they’re exposed to the elements. I bought donuts a few times this winter. The donuts were cold and hard. Each time the drive thru window opens the cold air blasts the donuts. Not to mention how unsanitary that is.
They also don’t have the donut menu available nor do they provide a total or a receipt.

This is my FAVORITE place to get drinks any time of day. The service is *unmatched*• Always makes my day to place my mobile order then pull up and ask how they are and hear a cheerful “ASHLEY B!!” whenever I am recognized! I am so grateful for this location and every single employee here! Every time I come, no matter how my day is, I am left feeling happy and grateful. Thank you to every, single person here for being so pleasant and caring. Drinks are always great, food is always good and service is always wonderful. 10 stars if I could!! A shining star in the 618!

This location is by far my favorite location!! The food and drinks are always in stock and consistent. The employees are friendly and literally know my order by heart. This location lacks a true understanding of customer service. I was never given the price of my order. Just ask for my card. When I told her she never told me the price and no recipe she looked it me like I was crazy. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened here. This location needs more training badly!

I ordered a hot caramel macchiato, and it was lukewarm at best. The breakfast sandwich tasted and looked like it had been made an hour before I got there and was just being kept warm. The drive-through line was extremely slow.

I really like this Dunkin location, mostly because the workers here are really polite and nice. The service is generally quick too. I usually get the iced coffee and a sandwich, but the donuts are tasty as well.

Not sure how you can get both coffees on a mobile order wildly wrong when the instructions are in print. Whatever I did end up getting served to me was burnt and disgusting. Waste of $15; they both went right down the sink.
