im honestly so impressed. i ordered on the app for a pickup which is beyond risky for a place like chipotle BUT im shocked at how good this was. i got a chicken & steak bowl and the new chipotle honey chicken burrito. as soon as i picked up the bag, i knew it was gonna be good bc it weighed like 20lbs . friendly staff, order was made right, surprisingly good proportions, tastes is as good as its gonna get. overall impressed with this location!

I was disappointed with my recent order. I asked for extra rice in my bowl but didn’t receive it, and instead there was more cheese than anything else even though I specifically requested light cheese. The bowl was put together poorly and didn’t have the balance or quality I usually expect from Chipotle.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla and got the following (look at pictures). Not as advertised on their menu. There was barely any meat or cheese in it. I’ve never seen a square quesadilla in my life. I think the woman needs to go back to kindergarten and learn her shapes again. On top of the horrible quesadilla, the people were extremely rude and the place was filthy.

They have the worst chips ever! Consistently! I do not know what the issue is, but I frequently order chips from this location and they have NEVER been good. Always burnt, unsalted, dry — more like crackers. I have been ordering chips from this location for almost 1 year. After throwing the entire bag in the trash today, I have decided that I never will again. I will just have to get my chip fix from another location. It does not help that every time I order chips and no other items, the staff chuckles when handing it to me through the drive-thru. Not sure why it is comical for someone to only order chips…I do not take it personally, but what is funny is the fact that this location cannot seem to make them right! The other food I have gotten from there is good, but I will usually just order chips as a snack while at work. Shame because this is closest location to my office.

When they first open it was okay.. now the protein is always dry, they always seem to be out of sauces and never have the plasticware stocked in the lobby and it seems they only hire 12 year olds to work the evenings and weekends. They play around in the back and have horrible, terrible attitudes. The workers always seem to be in a rush and slap food in a bowl and give you 6 pieces of meat when you ask and pay for double. My opinion: stay far away. The best location is on staples mill.

The restaurant itself is very clean and cozy, making for a comfortable dining experience.

Tiny building, food was great! The only thing that bothered me is I sat down to wait for my boyfriend to order food (we were planning on sharing) and a manager came out and very loudly asked if I needed anything not even a minute after I sat down, which just because of the tone of his voice made it seem like he thought I was loitering. I noticed he was also visibly frustrated with something about the doors as well. Maybe he was just trying to genuinely ask if I needed help, but he seemed irritated overall. Line staff seemed nice though 🙂
The parking is okay, overall a small parking area. Also noticed someone curled into a ball sleeping right next to their dumpster, which I know is not at all the fault of the staff but something I’d be concerned about if staff are taking out trash late at night.
EDIT –
We ordered online pickup this time. My boyfriend picked it up, said that they were out of chips and said we needed to get a refund online. I processed it online and he got home. My quesadilla was missing cheese, and so was his bowl. I was missing salsas and vinaigrette. It seems like this location is avoiding sharing that kind of information.
It IS possible for them to prep more food in the morning, they just don’t do it.

Stood in line for 15 minutes during a down time, there was one family in front of us, no one behind us, and plenty of people on staff who were on their phones and laughing by the drive thru window. Not once were we spoken to and the employee on the line was in a rush to get off so once she finished with the family, she immediately left without speaking to us. No one spoke to us or came to take our order after that so we ended up leaving after waiting for a few more minutes. I’m sure the food is fine but I have to leave a one star for the terrible service.
