I absolutely love the food here. Been coming for a bit because I knew that little hole in the wall places like this go hard on their food, and I was not wrong. Wasn’t until today that I got racially profiled by the lady at the register who I originally thought was nice. We were searching for something on the menu that we had gotten previously and it was there but before we found it, she decided to let us know in her words “it can be hard to understand our culture and the way these things work.” I’m Mexican. She just tried to explain my own culture to me. Being a latina, I did my best to keep myself in check and just smile through the blatant racial profiling. If I do come back here, it’s for the food only and I’m sending in my husband to grab the food for us to go. I did not appreciate that at all.

I finally had the chance to try this place and it did not disappoint! I got a shrimp burrito and it was really good. Lots of shrimp and the flavor was perfect. Salsa was really good too.

Way to many high school kids in the restaurant for my liking, but school just let out, so I understood. It would have been nice if I had been told about the ridiculously long wait before I purchased my food. Food was ok, but the taco size and meat portion was excellent. I may give it one more try at a different time of the day.

Ordered a carne asada burrito nowhere in the menu does it say it comes with sour cream i dislike sour cream took one bite it was terrible also overpriced for a burrito$15 down the drain terrible

I really loved going to this place during my high school experience. Recently I visited again the prices have risen. It use to be 5.00 to 5.50 for a plate of food, now its 6.00, some plates are 9$. The refills use to be free it’s about 0.50 cents now for refills. The place has gonna through updates. The menu has a much cleaner look, their sign outside has a new update. Overall everything about it is pretty much the same as I remember, just higher prices and a updated look. Which is great! I remember this place gets really packed, around 3:00 (The time students leave school). I’m not sure if its still that way, but if you come here go before 3pm and around 5 Pm to avoid the onslaught of students.

First of all, customer service is fantastic. Food is really good. Kitchen staff very friendly. I forgot my iPhone, I called back to ask if they had found it and effectively they were very nice. I highly recommend you to stop by if you are in the area of Carson city. 223 st close to Main st.
