Rosa took great care of us. So sweet and brought us all we needed and then some. We had the shrimp quesadilla and the chicken soft tacos. Both were very tasty, good portion sizes for the price and the guacamole was definitely made fresh!
Two couples came in to play dominoes while we were finishing up and the server brought them their drinks without even asking what they wanted. They take good care of their regulars as well!

The reviews of this place were excellent so we decided to try it. The reviews did not lead us wrong! This was the best food we’ve had on our trip from PNW to Florida the whole trip! We spent 2 months in Mexico and this place was on par with authentic Mexican flavor but comforts of home! The waitress was so incredible friendly and all the locals were so kind. This place is definitely a tiny little Texan town with a rundown Main Street but I found it to be adorable. OH, the bathrooms in the restaurant were so clean! Not a spec of dust on the baseboards and clean even behind the toilet!!!!!!!!! So if you need a bathroom break and some amazing tex-mex, this is the SPOT!!!! Locals love visitors and would love to have anyone stop in. We would definitely stop here again!

Go to place whenever I am in town. I have eaten here many many times. My favorite is the Cozumel but to be honest I have never had a bad meal at this establishment. Very good portion sizes at a fair price. From the chips and salsa to the steak fajitas and more you will be pleased and satisfied.
Recently changed ownership and the food taste even better which I did not think could happen.

What a pleasant surprise! I went there because it was the only restaurant open in a very small town, but I was already expecting good stuff because you often find hidden gems in small towns.
The people were friendly and I thought the food was excellent.
I had the Parrillada Traditional for 1 and it was very good… beef, chicken and shrimp fajitas with mixed vegetables.
I also had some queso with ground beef with my chips and it was also great.
If I have a chance to eat in Bremond, TX again, it’ll be my choice.

My husband and I ate supper here and it was delicious. Leo and his staff are so nice. Recognized when we came in, waited on in a timely manner, chips n salsas, food came in appropriate time. We had the super nachos and nachos carbon beef, right amount for excellent price. Definitely recommend eating here. Good old fashioned Mexican food. Tex-Mex availability too.

My first visit there, I was so excited to try this place. They got our order wrong, chicken is not ground beef. We ordered a large nacho plate to share between 2 people and the serving was small enough to feed only one of us. The ground beef also had a funny look and after taste. I was sad that I had to eat this food but was starving when I went in there. Too bad I left before checking my food, but then again I shouldn’t have had to check my food.

No stars. Service awful. Food tasted like cigarette smoke. I took my order to go after they acted like it was a bother to serve us. Ordered a couple of beers, it was on the menu but the waitress said she couldn’t serve it to us because she was under age. She informed us that the owner would have to get our beers we said OK that will be fine. The owner came over and said he couldn’t serve beer yet due to his license had not come yet. I suggested that he inform the wait staff not to offer it and or place a sign up letting the customer know ahead of time. While waiting for our food the waitress came out from the restroom to inform the owner that both toilets were backed up ” again” and not working. I must say she said it very loudly. I was curious as to how our food was being prepared because the cook was sitting down in the dinning area watching Spanish a soap opera. After getting the food home and opening up my aluminum bucket the question was answered, it looked like a TV dinner they just heated up. Besides the food tasting like cigarette smoke it tasted just like processed food. I wouldn’t even feed it to my dogs. Won’t go back and warn others to stay away. Had to give it a star in order to give my review, my true rating is negative 5 stars.

The food is delicious homemade Mexican food with large portions served. Leo and staff are very friendly and attentive to making your dining in their restaurant a pleasant experience. Try it out for yourself, my family and I eat there every Saturday night and look forward to each of our visits! Almost forgot, have one of Leo’s refreshing margaritas, they’re sure to hit the spot!
