While visiting friends in Pahrump, we decided to have lunch at this small bar-restaurant, which sits modestly in Pahrump. As soon as we entered, we noticed that it was snug, but friendly, the kind of place where locals can gather for a drink and a casual meal. The interior is small, with a sit-down bar, a stage for live band performances, six small tables and five booths. However, the space felt a bit tired: worn booths and chairs, not the cleanest and hurricane tape on certain areas of the floor to hold down or cover up holes in the vinyl/linoleum flooring. With a little bit of renovation— fresh paint, floor repaired, some new seating, and a cleaner, more cohesive layout to brighten up the atmosphere, would make this place feel more like a proper neighborhood hangout while still maintaining the old nostalgia look that the place has – just a bit of TLC (would not change the atmosphere of this place, the small-town charm, the table games, the wall art and signs, etc.).
During our visit there was only one employee working out in front and her name was April. She was a plus for this place, attentive without being intrusive, friendly, and willing to offer dining recommendations. As for the food quality, I would say it is somewhat of a mixed bag depending on what you order. Some dishes stand out, i.e. chicken-slider platter, the smash burgers, etc., which suggest the kitchen knows how to pull off comfort food with a flair. Unfortunately, the chef’s salad plate arrived lacking in presentation, size and taste. It was under-seasoned, haphazard plating (plate way too small) with ingredients that did not quite come together (not typical ingredients I have found in a chef’s salad). Overall, the food is cooked well, with balanced flavors, satisfying portions at more than reasonable prices and a solid option for a casual lunch.

What a great surprise! A hidden gem in a small town…amazing food, great service and wish we were here on a Saturday for the live music but still you could feel what you were missing! We had the pork chops that had no fat and an awesome flavor with perfectly grilled asparagus and real mashed potatoes! And don’t say no to the chocolate cake dessert! Thank you ladies for a wonderful home cooked meal as we were just passing through town. We wish you the best!

Literally the best thing to happen to our town was this amazing business to open up and put their LOVE into this community. Im absolutely shook at the positive things Dry Creek Saloon has offered and done for the community. Most recently Teen Nights which has meant the world to many teens in Pahrump to make friends and find community. My entire family loves the food, atmosphere and positive vibes. My two homeschooled teens one neurodivergent is thriving because she can come be herself with other kids (some also attending have been bullied or face similar challenges) meanwhile still fit in with her sister. I genuinely appreciate the adult staff and chaperones who care to let our towns teens be safe and have fun away from home. Thank you so so much Dry Creek staff!

Super cute saloon with restaurant. The smash burger was delicious. I didn’t care for the sides (potato and macaroni salads) only because I don’t like miracle whip. The service was fast and friendly. If I’m back in the area I will definitely go again.

Dry Creek Saloon is such a good place! The atmosphere is so pretty. It’s so clean. All the employees and owners are so respectful they make your time at dry creek saloon a very nice experience! If you want to grab some food or a drink or a couple I definitely recommend! They also do live music! The food is also very tasty! And I also love that kids are welcome! During the hours of 11-6:45

When stopping in Pahrump this spot showed up on my google search and me and my boyfriend got some smash burgers to go. I left my Umbrella Cockatoo in the car to go order, but walked in to see a guy with a Macaw sitting at the bar, so I went and brought my bird in. The staff was so friendly. The smash burgers were awesome. I didn’t even need ketchup for my jalapeno smash burger because the sauce was fantastic. We ended up picnicking outside and when I came back to use the restroom I was blown away. Never did I think a small town roadside saloon would have the most AMAZING LADIES RESTROOM! It had stands next to the toilet for your purse. Fancy hand soap. Welcoming decor. Fancy hand towels and a bowl of candy to take as you exit. I looked around for a bathroom attendant to tip because it was on that level! I told the bartender I’d leave a review. I will be back on my next trip to Death Valley National Park for the staff, the food, the customers and that epic bathroom!!!

This is such a classy place. The decor is fabulous! The owner/hostess is amazing. I understand that she is the head chef as well and the food is great. The shots are generous and everyone is very friendly. It will definitely be a regular hangout for us. The only problem is that when it is seriously crowded the bartender seems to be a bit slow but that’s understandable when it’s super busy.

Ordered via DoorDash pickup and waited outside until ready. As soon as it was ready I came inside for my food and they claimed it was already picked up. After asking for them to remake my food they claimed I already have it. I explained that they gave it to the wrong person without verifying, and the chef began to cry and complain about not wanting to remake my food. The server was kind but the chef was extremely rude and refused to talk directly to me, would only yell things from the kitchen refusing to help us. What a let down, we’ve ordered 10 times and will never come back here. DoorDash even refused to refund our order. DO BETTER and fire your chef.

We were traveling through and stopped in for dinner. Food was yummy. The waitress gave us a complimentary side of crab salad in an avocado, it was delicious. Would definitely recommend.
