First visit to this brand new Hardee’s. I was afraid my review would be just like the others: great customer service but poor food. The customer service is fantastic, and the place is modern, clean and not the least bit dingy. My fries were very hot but the burger was lukewarm. It still tasted good, so, I’d come back. When I went, it was packed so that may have hurt them in the long run.
Overall, it’s an above average dining experience and is a definite fast food plus when it comes to other options locally (as there isn’t many).

Just wanted to give a special shout out to some employees at the moneta Hardee’s location Ms. KK & Mrs. Quiana. did their jobs with a level of professionalism and kindness that is unmatched I highly recommend this establishment and these employees to all of my customers and friends and family I will most definitely be returning as I am here every morning for breakfast thank you for the wonderful service and God bless.

Waited inside for 15 minutes nobody came and took our order. So we went to the drive thru and waited another 15 minutes just to get biscuits was old like it had been out there since they opened. Do not recommend going!

This is by far the worst Hardee’s I’ve ever been to. The staff need to be trained or retrained. From day 1 when it opened no one knew what they were doing. They are always out of something especially Coke Zero. The food always tastes like the oil is never changed and the fries are always cold. I’ve given it several chances hoping maybe it was just an off day but it’s all of the time.

Waited in the drive through for 30+ minutes (with no cars in front of me) only for them to get my very simple order wrong. It appeared that the delay was due to them going through a shift change so the lady who took my order was gone by the time I finally got my order. I’m also assuming that it being the end of her shift is why she was so rude while taking my order. The way she talked over me, made unnecessary comments, and tried to rush though my order is probably why she got it incorrect. The other shift was left completely clueless, as they had to ask me what I had ordered and if I had paid already. I didn’t think to check my bag before leaving since they had just asked what I ordered, but somehow my order was still wrong. I honestly wouldn’t even leave a review if it wasn’t for the fact that this isn’t the first time I’ve had long wait times and rude employees at the speaker. To be clear, I’m really only upset with the first shift employees rudeness and way of handling things. I assume the incoming shift was doing their best to deal with a bad situation.

SLOW! Almost 20 minutes to get a burger and fries at lunchtime. Wasn’t busy. Well, not when I got there. Backed up 10 deep by the time anyone got food. Watched em silver a grill -at lunchtime! Another employee going on lunch break- at lunchtime. One employee just standing around scratching her hair and nose right next to the fries that sat there the whole time I was waiting… I will say the girl at the register was friendly and the food was ok, despite the fries sitting under the heat lamp. It’s a shame Hardee’s takes so little consideration for their customers. The food is quite good when done right, but nearly every Hardee’s I go into is run like nobody cares at all. I know it’s not a great job, but if you sign on to do a job you should take pride in doing it well.

Do you miss the golden days of the 40’s and 50’s when ordering a a hamburger took 25 minutes? Or the modern days of paying $16 for a unsatisfactory rubber chicken sandwich, half a container of fries and a drink that is 80% ice and no refill? Oh boy, is this the place for you!

The layout of the place is horrible. There is always a bunch of customers milling around because there is no clear understanding of where the line is supposed to be.
Why is the drink machine behind the counter? If my wife and I stop end up spending over $30 on ‘cheap’ fast food, we deserve a refill at least. And do not say ‘just ask the cashier for a refill’ because there is rarely a cashier there. And the line to the counter is always 5-8 people deep.
Ordering from the app and expecting a quick pickup is an joke. It actually takes longer then just walking in! Fun story, I ordered two breakfast sandwiches on the app. Show up 15 later, wait another 10 minutes in line (they don’t use their order pickup area for some reason), and turn out they had not even started the order. Family in front of me ordered 8 sandwiches. Another 20 minutes later, they received their order and I’m still waiting! For a simple pair of BEC biscuits?!
Bottom line is this place is mismanaged, overpriced, mismanaged, chaotic, and did I mention mismanaged? The owners/managers/whomever should be ashamed. The only reason this place is doing well is because of it’s location and convenience. But if you’re trying to grab a quick meal, keep driving to Westlake or Bedford. If you want to spend $18 on a meal that take 20-30 minutes to get, go to an actual sit-down restaurant. They at least will offer you free refills.

Been to this location 6 times now. Ordered through the app 3 times and picked up in drive thru. Dined in the other. Grounds look great with landscaping, restrooms clean, servers have always been friendly, and most importantly my food has been delicious. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Burger quality at Hardee’s has really improved over the years.
