The multi haired “chick” behind the counter needs fired! I’ll never step foot into this establishment again until she is terminated! She does not bring small town values to her customers and customer service and everyone should boycott this place until action is taken against a bad bad employee!!

Gotta love the feeling of seeing a Casey’s in the distance .knowing you will have a delicious slice of pizza waiting for you in the warmer and getting a fountain soda to go along with it ..I never had a bad time at Casey’s general store ..and I will continue to stop at them in any city I see one ..keep up the hard work Casey’s . clean restrooms are a plus too.only thing that could be better are shorter lines

We’ve only purchased food from this place twice, both times it’s taken over an hour to get our pizza. Tonight it took almost two from the time I placed the order to the time it was in my hands. We won’t order from here ever again. And, we’re pretty sure our gluten free crust wasn’t gluten free. I’m sure we’ll end up at the hospital tonight.

Expect long lines when at this location! Their register card machines are not working and you will need to scan 3 times and then finally swipe. This has been going on now for a couple of weeks at this location and it’s annoying employees and customers.
Casey’s responded saying that their chip reader was replaced. Employee staff reported that it hasn’t been addressed and my chip card still has issues swiping on the register by the door.
Besides that issue… From a design stand point the right door is the in door and the left is the out door… The counter for the store is backwards from placement of entry into the store.

Considering I’m like the fifth person to say this, I do not understand how this person works there still. The big woman with colored hair is UNBELIEVABLY rude to customers. My husband came in tonight and she greeted him by complaining that he was interrupting her smoke break. She’s consistently rude to people, no matter how nice you are, and has the WORST customer service I’ve ever seen. The only reason I go there anymore is because it’s the only thing open past 10:30pm. The food is decent though.

Cathy and Brenda are the only two in the place that are nice to customers. The rest of the staff is unbelievably rude. They are very short with customers and the last couple times I have been in the store, not one employee bothered to speak to me. The big girl with multi colored hair is absolutely NOT cut out for customer service and should consider a job that doesn’t deal with people. They need to lighten up or find a new job.

stopped in today at 11:30 am. there was nothing in warmer’s except two pieces of breakfast pizza nothing asked if he had anything coming up he said no. store is not clean. won’t be back. does not hold a candle to treynor store. they always polite and eager to help you and clean.

The lady who works there with multi-colored hair is extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I have been a loyal customer of this particular Casey’s for 8 years now, and sometimes visit more than once a day. I will NOT give this location any more of my business after being treated this way yet again by her. I am very disappointed .
