Jersey Mike’s, a fast-casual sub sandwich franchise with more than 2,500 locations open and under development nationwide, has a long history of community involvement and support. Started at the Jersey Shore in 1956, Jersey Mike’s serves authentic East Coast-style subs on fresh baked bread – the same recipe it started with over 60 years ago. The company’s mission is to bring its customers the highest quality, freshest made sub in the industry and give back to the communities in which it operates.

If you’re craving a fresh, made-to-order sub that actually fills you up, Jersey Mike’s is the place to go! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with that signature deli smell and friendly staff ready to slice the meats and cheeses right in front of you.
Their bread is always soft and fresh, and when you get it “Mike’s Way” — with onions, lettuce, tomato, vinegar, oil, and spices — it takes the sandwich to a whole new level. The ingredients are high quality, and you can really taste the difference.
Whether you go with a classic like the #13 Original Italian or try something hot like the Philly cheesesteak, every bite hits the spot. And don’t even get me started on the chocolate chip cookie — soft, gooey, and just melts in your mouth.
Jersey Mike’s isn’t just a sub shop, it’s an experience. Fast service, clean location, and food that always delivers. Highly recommend!

So I don’t usually write reviews for places, but this occurrence was very disappointing and unnecessary. I was stopping by Perkins to run an errand, and craving some food I saw Jersey Mike’s and thought I would stop to grab something there. Jersey Mike’s is not usually my go to spot for a sub, however in my experience they make a pretty good sub, and it was right there so I thought why not. I walk in to order and there are two workers working the place. I was the only one there along with a few others coming in before and after me. The environment was not busy at all. I look at the menu and decided to either order the Chicken, Bacon, ranch sub or the Philly Cheese. Couldn’t decide so I asked the worker who was very nice, and she answered the chicken bacon ranch, so thats what I got. Here is where my problem comes in. Firstly the rushed just get it done and go demeanor that the girl (who was nice in communication)had was a little confusing she didnt ask what size I wanted until I clarified across the counter. She was also when preparing my sandwich preparing it not at the counter and I wanted to make some modifications. I saw her wrapping it up and then told her that I would like to add some extra mayo oil and vinegar, so she did. Then she handed me my sandwich and I started eating. Here is where my even bigger problem is. When I unwrapped it it was sloppy to say the least. Just lettuce hanging out oil and vinegar dripping from the sandwich even though I told her a LIGHT drizzle Im sure she didnt hear me because she was so in a rush to make the one person in the store a sandwich. Then I start eating more and Im not sure if this is just the ingredients thats the problem or the way they were prepared, but the chicken and bacon DID NOT taste good it tasted old and mucky. Also it was covered in oil in vinegar. So the combination of oily, vinegary, old, mucky, chicken and bacon was not good. I dont know what the problem was but the sandwich wasn’t good and the service was way to rushed and sloppy in making the sandwhich. Im giving it 2 stars and not simply 1 because the one worker who I communicated with was not unkind just sloppy and unthoughtful. If I was out and about and someone recommended this Jersey Mike’s I would say no because I wasted 16 dollars today.

Should change the name from jersey mikes to just Mikes after we went in today. Had a fantastic conversation with Mike and the sandwich was genuinely one of the best I’ve ever had. 10/10 experience, will be back a lot more. Couldn’t ask for better customer service.

I came to this location today for lunch with a group of special needs teens and young adults. The crew that was working today treated our group with patience, kindness and respect. It was wonderful. Thank you for making our experience such a good one. We will definitely be back.

My Jersey Mike’s sandwich was prepared by Bria. I must say that this young lady provided amazing customer service. The store was busy but it was nice and clean. She was working alone and kept a great spirit while preparing orders. She prepared orders for online as well as in store. Bria worked quickly and efficiently to make sure all orders were correct, but most of all she was very professional while under pressure. I commend her for a job well done! Bria is a leader for sure!

I was in a rush and Bria And Mike made sure to get my on my way with amazing speed, proficiency and a wonderful attitude that made for an all around lifting visit. I thanked them well but I felt they needed to be thanked again publicly. Awesome people!

Just an unbelievably tough experience, service wise. I ordered a sandwich online at 11:44. Pickup for 12:09. I get there at 12:03, not ready yet. No big deal. They’re busy and I’m a bit early. The line is long but moving. The issue is nobody bothered to mix in working on an online order for almost 40 minuets. I sat there and sat there. Reminded them of my existence 3 times. And it just didn’t matter. I didn’t get my sandwich until 12:45. I will no longer be back at this establishment. Such a shame because it is a good sandwich and it’s close to my work. But I can’t take a whole hour out of my day to get a sandwich. Simply unacceptable. Just because it’s an online order doesn’t mean it gets to be forgotten about especially when I’m in the building! Do better Mike.

I received coupons in the mail for this specific location that expired 9/30/24. I visited this location yesterday (9/30/24) and attempted to use said coupon. I was told by the person working the register that the coupons were no longer accepted. Another worker approached the line and confirmed that I could not use the coupon and he immediately went back to the grill. I explained the coupon expires that day and should still be valid and there was nothing posted otherwise. I asked for the manager and the person working the register said the worker at the grill that confirmed I could not use the coupons was the GM. He then continued to ignore me on asking why the valid coupon could not be used. I was told his name was Dana Carter. His customer service and lack of communication skills are terrible and not one made for management. I also would like to know why there was even an issue using a coupon that your store put out that was still valid?!
Love the food but this location will not get my hard earned money ever again.
