Went in to order food. Stood at the counter for a good few minutes. Another customer got behind me. No one acknowledged me or him. Out of the 4 staff I saw one was squatting behind the counter and the the rest were upset that the AI wasn’t working and taking orders for them. I left without ever being able to order.

I ordered at the AI drive thru and it messed the order up so I pull around and im explaining i only need the one biscuit with the egg on the side and as im speaking the older manager shut the window in my face in the middle of my sentence and then gave me a biscuit with egg on it. I said no ma’am I need one without egg like I was trying to say and she said “i didnt catch that part” I said because you walked away as I was speaking and she did it again during that sentence and then gave me a single egg, so I had to come back to the window and she said “what’s the issue now?” I said, I need a biscuit without the egg like ive asked my kiddo wont eat it with the egg and melted cheese on the egg.
She shut the window in my face without saying anything and then tried to intimidate me with her facial expressions as she gave me a finally prepared COLD biscuit. because all the reviews for this wendys is terrible and its because yall put managers like ERICA in charge.

I had just gotten off from working hospice and was sad and knew I was hungry but couldn’t decide what to eat. Alisha was so kind and helped me order. Kindness goes so far in this world. She even took the extra time to say kind words while taking my order realizing it was more than just me ordering food. We need more people like her in a place like this. I thanked her. Her job is more so much more than just food projection she also is able to read people and feed us on our busy days and keep our lives in motion so that we’re able to do our jobs. To say thank you is more than you’ll ever know.

I think this is probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve had in Springfield. Was a bit of a red flag when I pulled up and the place was a ghost town despite being so close to campus. I ordered on the app, otherwise I would have gone someplace else.
The food was not good, the chicken sandwich had a weird flavor, was dry (maybe sitting for awhile?), and had slimey lettuce. The fries were soggy.
The chicken nuggets were acceptable. I realized after I left that I never got a straw for my drink… which ended up being ok because it was straight carbonated water with no syrup (cherry limeade energy drink).

We ordered frostys, chicken nuggets and fries. We were parked because they were making fries but when we got them. The fries were old and over cooked. The nuggets also tasted as if the oil was past its time. Very disappointed.

Food was hot and fresh. Kiosk has unnecessary and time consuming restrictions in not allowing for app scan abilities causing party to place manual order after tying touse the not-so-convient method. No issues with beverage outages or conditions of the interior of the building. Lack of music for dine in but employees radio was able to be heard.

Once waited over 45 minutes for a plain baked potato. Asked on its whereabouts and the employees were very rude about it. (They were not busy and I was the only person inside.) Service is always slow, employees usually ignore you or sound irritated. Once went and literally every single drink except a few diet drinks were out. Potatoes sometimes aren’t cooked all the way.

So I pulled in , and when I initially ordered it was an ai bot taking my order which got my order wrong. When I made it to the window and corrected my order They still passed out the wrong order. On top of all that , my bun was stale , the meat was lukewarm and the fries were cold. There are plenty of other wendys in springfield that are better.

Friendly some times. But nickel and dime you. You get charged for one extra sauce when getting 3 different things of nuggets (not small counts). And I always get asked to pull forward and wait.
